L’établissement est très agréable pour y séjourner. Le rapport qualité /prix est très correcte. Les chambres sont propre et le personnel très réactif aux demandes que l’on peut leur faire. Un seul bémol : l’été, il y fait chaud par manque de climatisation, il y a juste un ventilateur , ce qui n’est pas assez efficace !

La quasi proximité de la gare et des transports fut la première belle surprise pour nous. Ensuite l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, le studio très confortable, chaud et bien équipé fut la deuxième belle surprise. Ensuite l'hôtel est à proximité du centre ville et autres lieux touristiques donc bien situé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rennes. Nous remercions l'équipe de Mme Touboulic à l'accueil, Marco le technicien et l'équipe de service de chambre.

Aveva di speciale l'organizzazione e cioè il codice di entrata che cambiano ogni mese ed il codice per avere le chiavi, mi é piaciuta perché era vicino alla stazione, non mi è piaciuto che non cambiavano le tovaglie ogni giorno

Personale molto disponibile e cordiale sia telefonicamente che sono arrivata un giorno festivo che in persona ,, nessun rumore o disturbo all'interno della struttura .. molto pulita .. disponibilità di servizi vari ( caffettiera, lavanderia anche parcheggio) distributore di bevande automatico. Porte con massima sicurezza anche in assenza del personale. Vicino a tutto ciò necessario: mezzi di trasporti pubblici, bar /pasticceria e negozi.. un posto ideale per passare sia una bella vacanza che per affari.. con macchina o a piedi L'unico punto negativo che si sente l'alto parlante della stazione ferroviaria che proprio accanto

Отель не новый. Расположен на холме в 25 метрах от здания вокзала. Несмотря на это там ночью не шумно и хорошо продувается. В номере есть чистая посуда чайник и утварь. Холодильник обледеневший, видно что особо не ухаживают. В ванной бойлер, горячая вода круглосуточно. Рядом стоит долгострой поэтому днем шумит техника. Я в принципе в отеле только ночевал, поэтому минусы не влияли на мой комфорт. Из плюсов вокзал и метро в шаговой доступности, за что и выбрал. Рядом в 8 минутах ходьбы супермаркет. Матрас удобный, белье чистое. Спать комфортно. Центр города. Мне понравилось.
