Although other reviews almost put us off, the receptionists were wonderful and accommodating. They were incredibly busy, but they soon got in touch with us and assisted us in finding a spot to put bags. The accommodations are compact, clean, and wellequipped. Food is a tough one as is a matter of personal taste. Its an affordable allinclusive hotel providing mass caterers, and the cuisine we had was excellent. Both the fish and the chicken we ate for supper were excellent. An excellent selection of salads. Vegetables may have been a little overdone, but not awful. Fruit and desserts are wonderful. To be honest, breakfast was excellent. Every taste type was excellent, and breakfast was a good choice. Instead of packet biscuits, try baking cakes for afternoon tea, which would give off a more pleasant impression. The beds are cozy, the showers function, and the rooms are tidy and warm. The jacuzzi was freezing, which is true, and the pools changing areas are subpar, but this is not a major concern. Wed most definitely return to this hotel.

This place has a lot of new year's resolutions. And yet, I don't enjoy this place at all. Despite that, the rooms have a boring ambiance and a low standard. The buffer was fine, with many options but very crowded.

We will most definitely come back. Excellent service from a receptionist who spoke Spanish and was more than willing to help. The resorts team even suggested some of the most popular activities, which we were all eager to participate in. The surrounding trails provide some breathtaking views. These trails were accompanied by charming local wildlife, but be mindful of your distance because groundhogs are protected and you can be fined. While I visited in the summer, I'm certain skiing would be excellent, and the resort is designed for the winter. Having said that, we had plenty of fun at the resorts heated pool, sauna, and tennis court. The hotel rooms were a good size, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep in our entire road trip. The rooms were immaculately clean, as was the entire resort. We chose the allinclusive experience, and the drinks selection was more than adequate, but the dessert selection forced us to take a few seconds in different directions.
