We have stayed in this hotel several times in recent years. The restaurant, always nice, has been recognized with a Michelin star. We also enjoyed the beach restaurant, which was only open in July and August, I believe. Beautiful views from the rooms. Very pleasant staff. Not cheap, but a great hotel.

The best part is the location, with the lovely affinity pool overlooking a beautiful bay and public beach. The room's cleanliness and well-maintained quality, the hotel's clean facilities, the excellent bar service, and the cold front desk personnel Prices, in my opinion, are more reasonable than what is provided by a hotel rating. The worst surprise came when we checked out and were given our car delivered by the valet, realizing it had big, but visible scratches on the front. I called the hotel to report this, and they promised to call me back, but nobody did. When I inquired about giving her my phone number, the person I spoke to did not seem to care about the situation, and she declined to give me the number. This is very poor customer service!.

I would stay here again. This hotel has so many things going for it that I want it to be full of life. The location is great, and the views from our free room were incredible. The room itself was very comfortable, and almost all my criticisms of other french hotels were resolved here. Excellent lighting at the bathroom sink, fine rainwater shower, very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space Two English language news stations bbd, and the only design correction that would be helpful is the addition of a rubber gasket under the moveable glass shower door. The current design means that there will always be water splashing out of the shower. The employees are extremely courteous, caring, and alert, which is a huge asset of the hotel. Without hurting others, we were especially fond of Mr. Gregory who showed personal interest in us as visitors. Two issues, one can be fixed, the other I'm not sure. It is unusual to have three levels of service for dinner, lunch, and breakfast. The michelin star restaurant at night is excellent and well worth the exorbitant prices. We did not go at lunch. Breakfast was adequate, but it had a mix of premium and standard items. But standing in line to have your room number checked, no orderly directions for picking up food items, and the frequent long walk to your table is more of a threestar hotel routine. We were staying at the hotel last week. Make sure you have the ability to cancel prior to booking your room here. Because of a company issue, we asked to cancel 3 rooms exactly 7 days in advance, and the only opportunity was that the hotel would try to sell the rooms, but only if they could sell them, we would get a voucher that was valid until December. We have stayed in countless five-star hotels throughout the globe, and this has never happened to me. If a visitor has a serious issue, there is zero tolerance. In short, we were forced to go, to avoid looking for our money. The hotels restaurant is no good, the food isn't amazing, and the service is very slow. I advise dining elsewhere. Even though the beds were full, the rooms are nice, the view is pleasant, and the beach is lovely! Even though they were staying at the hotel, a family with children was not given the option to stay or eat! At 18.00, we went swimming and sat down on the beds, but the two men working on the beach already took them away! Before midnight, which is when the beach is closing, we were almost kicked out. Room service begins at 18.30, which is absurd! The spa is nothing wonderful.
