Aucun accueil, du bruit toute la nuit dans l'hôtel, fuite d'eau au radiateur, pas de télévision, limite de propreté, etc....

L’hôtel est censé ouvrir à 15h, mais à notre arrivée il n’y avait absolument personne à la réception. Nous avons dû attendre environ une heure, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. De plus, le chauffage a été coupé pendant la nuit, et nous avons eu très froid. Il a été rallumé seulement le matin. Ce manque de confort et d’attention aux clients est inadmissible. Une telle organisation et ces conditions ne correspondent pas à un service hôtelier normal.

Plusieurs remarques *Accueil c'est un peu compliqué. *Pas du tout le petit nid douillet comme le montre la photo. *sanitaires très sale. *ménage pas fait, poubelle pas vider, lavabo pas nettoyer. le lit n'a pas été fait *literie le sommier grince dès que vous bougez. *nettoyage insatisfaction total. JE N'AI PAS PENSER A FAIRE UNE PHOTO
