Lovely little apartment, perfect for our 3 day trip! Owners were very helpful and very quick to respond to any messages. Only downside was not being able to turn the radiator off, every night was very hot and stuffy; we did end up having the doors open but it was then very noisy

The place was walking distance to everything. Rooms were super tiny, and the “second room” had impossible stairs. Second level not suitable for adults.

Location is great - easily walkable for first-timers in Paris, close to lots of restaurants and tourist destinations. The apartment itself is a bit loud (you can hear everything in other units), but for a quick long-weekend trip it's a nice place.

Bien pour un cour séjour en famille, l'aménagement est très correct pour une famille de 4 personnes pour 2 ou 3 nuits. Pour rester plus longtemps il va falloir faire l'impasse sur: -les rangements pour les vêtements (il n'y a en a aucun) -la table n'est que pour 2 personnes -pas d'aération pour cuisiner, voir même pas d'aération du tout, odeurs persistantes -bruits de la rue assez présents la nuit -le frigo est tout petit -on se prend sans arrêt les pieds dans une bosse du plancher (tuyau ?!?) Alors pourquoi le prendre ? Car il est situé dans un quartier proche du Louvre, avec une boulangerie en face (pas artisanale, ça sent l'industriel), beaucoup de restaurants autour pour le soir. La literie est de bonne qualité, c'est propre et récent. SdB correcte. En revoyant l'ameublement et l'aération, WS Opéra gagnerait grandement en qualité.

This apartment was immaculate upon arrival and with space for two double beds, one downstairs, another upstairs, it was very cozy. The main problem we had was that the radiator was not turned on upon arrival in freezing weather and we had to spend three nights without heat despite numerous calls. Someone showed up on Monday morning and fixed the problem. there was a hotplate with only one burner, and a small refrigerator,but we were able to manage cooking breakfast and a light dinner for ouselves that saved a lot of money. We were in the heart of the city and there was a general strike that shut down most of the Metro so we were able to walk to the Louvre and many other sites. The kitchen was small but had enough appliances so that we were able to manage fine. The beds were both very comfortable. Overall, we would recommned this apartment.
