We stayed at the Ocean Bay Hotel for 10 nights in April. It was one of the best holidays ever, to say the least. The hotel is located in lovely gardens and has direct access to a huge sandy beach. The employees are what truly make this hotel special. Everyone is helpful and professional, and every one is pleasant and effective. The service is first-rate. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the air conditioning was excellent. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food was plentiful and of good quality. Already eager to go back.

I stayed in April for a week, can't fault the hotel was clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We were always provided with beverages at the beach bar by Omar and Mariana. The housekeeper, Hanna, kept the room tidy and spotless. Jim took us to our room and made regular visits to speak with us when he saw us. Max and Ambrose provided excellent entertainment. The receptionist, gardeners, and the chef always pounced and pleaded with everyone. I can't recall all the names, but the juice boys and fruit ladies are trying to get you to buy from them, but they are welcoming, and if you say no, they will depart you. The doctor planter from Chelsea Juice Bar does amazing juices and bracelets, and maria has excellent fruit and skin products. The tour guys outside do pounce on you, but they are excellent. Smily driver 56 and mango are all fantastic, and there's some great food outside the hotel swell.

I never anticipated the hotel to be as good as it was for the gambit. Excellent service from all the staff, jumbo at the bar couldn't do enough for us as the rest of bar staff, the cleaning staff kept our room in great condition every day. The food was great, but be aware of the entertainment staff these two guys made our vacation great sports, always available to help and have a laugh, ambrose and max made our holiday one never forget thank you

At Ocean Bay, we had an amazing two weeks! The hotel is stunning, and the staff is out of their way to help. The hotel was immaculate. Anna had a fantastic job with our rooms the very day, and the gardens and beach are both in excellent condition. Despite our visit at the end of season, we had delicious meals every night, and there were numerous fantastic restaurants to dine out. Max and Ambrose performed amazing performances, and they treated us with sincerity. Omar and Maria at the beach bar were flawless, and throughout the two weeks, they provided outstanding service. Prima looked after us on the beach every day. The fruit ladies and juice boys are also present, and they like to stroll along the beach for a nice discussion. The Doctor Planter at the Chelsea Juice Bar is a fantastic fresh juice smoothie that is well worth a visit! The restaurant employees and chef were also wonderful, and jim Komodo made sure they took excellent care of us for our entire stay as well. The tourism and taxi drivers outside the hotel are incredibly welcoming and helpful. When you first leave the hotel, you may feel a little compelled to do so, but once you get to know them, youll be a good friend the same with the locals on the beach. We enjoyed a fivestar stay and are eager to return soon!.
