The service from the front desk employee was very kind. And then, the breakfast was delicious and fresh. After that, the room's cleanliness was good, and the room's size was great with no foul odor. Subsequently, the location is a bit far from the main center and the attractions, but still has good connectivity.

We ask for early check-in and late check-out and they accept, I missed the brown doggy that was always sleeping in the entrance, I will gladly recommend it if you visit Tblisi. Friendly and polite staff, we request early check in and late check out and they welcome us.

There are shops, restaurants, and fast food near the hotel. I didn't mind, but the rooms weren't soundproof. They provide great breakfast at the hotel. It's a little chilly this time of year, but it's warm enough to sleep soundly. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent.

We had a wonderful time during our brief visit for 1 night here. This was a quick night in the heart of Tbilisi. The room's size and quality pleasantly surprised me. The shower water was also at the ideal temperature. Unfortunately, I couldn't control the air conditioning very well. It was too chilly, so I turned it off and awoke to a hot and uncomfortable room. The hotel itself provided us with two complimentary bottles of wine, which was also unique and unexpected.

I highly recommend staying at Best Western Art Tiblisi for your next vacation in Georgia. Our stay in Best Western Art Tiblisi was amazing. The staff is very friendly, especially the guy at reception called Lukas, his customer service was top notch and he made our stay at the hotel worthwhile. Amazing customer service, breakfast, rooms, and atmosphere.
