I spent ten nights here. I had reserved a private room with solitary beds, but when i arrived, he handed me the keys to reserving ea n 6 beds in the dorm room. When ive returned to the concierge, who only then informed me that the private space had been repaired and assured me it would only be for me. The first few days, im worried that another guest would walk in case they made up the assignments for the dormitory. Thankfully, it wasnt the case. It was all occupied by me, and the mattresses were cozy. Hot water worked flawlessly. Although the heaters in this room werent working very well occasionally, its chilly outside, so if it got icy, youd be uncomfortable. They brought steve after ill reported it, which prompted them to hire fewer workers. He simply stated that one of the heatings wasn't functioning, insisted that everything else was fine and that there was hardly any loud hissing. Every time you decide to dine there, youre eligible to purchase booze from the lobby. Beer is available from their lobby as well. My mobile phone was functional, my room was accessible for work. Their wifi was also functional. There were groups of young people, students on boarding school, what constituted commotion throughout the night, making it obstructing

This accommodation is very nice and clean, with a private bathroom. I will come back to this place again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, which were initially not very high. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Our room was adequate for a family of five people (there was even sylvan bed in it). However, due to the hostel nature, there was some noise in the garden from young people talking loudly late at night. By the way, the wifi was tastier, making it causing some problems for my kids. Its convenient location allows you to explore the city, and using the nearby metro lines makes it simple to get to all of the main attractions.

I stayed in a single room and it was definitely one of the best hostels ive ever remained in. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable with sheets in decent condition, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast offers dozens of options, which i think was worth it. Well located, close to the underground and several buses nearby. I felt safe in the area as well. Would definitely recommend!.

We stayed at acama from end of June until the end in July and it was incredibly pleasant! The sheets were clean, towels were changed daily, and the toilet looked great too! My roommate and i slept in room 011, which was smaller than some of my friends twin rooms and toilets, so we assumed it probably hadnt been renovated yet. The staff is very friendly, most of their names are forgotten, but one of them was very helpful with our needs and was patient to answer any questions we had! However, there are two things about the hostel - the wifi is really weak and switches off here and there. Another thing is that even though everyone is supposed to be quiet at 10 pm, it is rarely quiet! Its usually very noisy and loud, especially since we live on level 1 and because the doors are so thin, we could hear people outside.

Acama hostel is very central and comfortable for a school trip. Breakfasts and dinners in the cafeteria were great. Thank you to Maria and her team for making us feel so welcome each evening and serving very tasty meals. We will be back.

If all you need is sleeping, the hotel or hostel is fine for the price! Its very noisy here because a lot of teenagers and student groups are staying here. The accommodations are old but adequate and the rooms are small.
