Leider für Einrichtung da müsste man so einiges an Reparatur im zimmer erledigen und Sauberkeit naja müsste man Badezimmer säuberlich sein (fremdhaare) ansonsten war es gut würde nochmal hinfahren aber fährt lieber Frühling hin und im winter weihnachten es war viel regen leider.....

This hotel is a large standard hotel in a fabulous position to explore Monschau and the surrounding area. Car park is a huge bonus. Our room was on the 5th floor. A reasonable size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would return if in the area.

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van Monschau en is voor mensen slecht ter been geen goede keuze. Hotel zelf heeft mooie ruime kamers maar douchen in bad is niet voor iedereen even makkelijk. Ontbijt service is meer dan prima met genoeg keuze. Wij verbleven hier eind Februari 2023 en dan is het dorp uitgestorven en zijn er geen of bijna geen winkels open. Restaurants was helemaal een drama. Meeste restaurants en winkels gaan pas open eind april

Es war ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub in Monschau, gekrönt von einem tollen Aufenthalt im Michel +Friends. Check in unproblematisch, durften sogar etwas eher in das sehr saubere, moderne Zimmer. Wirklich einziges Manko war die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage, die aber nach Aussage des Personals im nächsten Jahr verbaut werden soll. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend in Buffetform vorhanden. Ergo, alles bestens, gerne wieder!! Für die Wanderer ist der Eifelsteig und für die Radfahrer der Hohes Venn Radweg Richtung Belgien zu empfehlen.

Sehr grosser Hotel Komplex vor den Toren der Stadt. Zimmer und Bad sehr gross. Guter Wellnessbereich. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Betten hervorragend. Parkplätze kostenpflichtig (7€ pro Tag) Eine Anzahl davon stehen vor dem Hotel. Sonst muss man in der Umgebung gegen Gebühr (7€) einen Parkplatz suchen.

Went for the Christmas market. It was within walking distance. There is a lobby bar and there was a DJ. Every night there was a lot of people down at the bar partying it up! Very nice atmosphere. We also really like the pool, sauna, tanning bed available for the hotel guests.

Ein fast perfektes Osterwochenende in einem sehr angenehmen und freundlichen Hotel mit toller Umgebung. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Saunabereich sollte als textilfreier Bereich ausgewiesen werden und immer ausreichend mit sauberen Saunatüchern ausgestattet sein.
