The submerge de temple is a modest gem that is filled with color, art, and warmth. The hotel is not one white wall, and all rooms are tastefully decorated with great taste and charm. The submerge de temple is a tiny gem of a hotel. If you book a room, try to get it to the back of the hotel. Our room was the same, nothing cheap and nothing shoddy. The church bell chimes a lot every hour the entire night. I dont enjoy this sound. Im a very interesting, personal, small hotel, and I would vouch for anyone looking for a very distinctive, personable, and small hotel. We reserve a cooking class through the Genussakademie frankfurt, which is located at the submerge de temple in Johannesberg near Aschaffenburg. We were greeted warmly as we arrived and were immediately assigned to the kitchen, a room that was built specifically for classes, open to sun and very contemporary. We were promptly assigned to work at one oclock. There were 11 people in the class, and the limit was 12. The meal topic was a course menu that featured shellfish, crayfish chutney, and risotto. Our star chef and trainer for the day, Ledger helping, was calmly and uncomfortably guided

I would strongly suggest this hotel. In the middle of the hills above the city of Frankfurt in Germany, there is a little town called Johannnesberg, where my host brother from my exchange year in Germany now lives with his family. I had the great fortune to be invited to this restaurant and inn for his anniversary wedding celebration. Everything was very well done, from the curried pumpkin cream soup to the magnet de canard to the superb cappuccino to top off the meal. The service was impeccable and the waiter even offered to bring the corkscrew home, which I would have never of gotten on board. If you ever find yourself in Frankfurt and can drive about 40 minutes up into the hills, I heartily recommend this location. The room was excellent, and even though I understand there are only a few, they are impeccably decorated and feature spacious bathrooms that are very German. I will make every effort to stay there on future trips.
