I had a great experience here. The hotel is amazing, with a comfy bed and a clean and comfortable room. The front desk agent named Sofia was a pleasure to speak with. The location is also good for exploring Nassau Old Town. It is close to many restaurants and a small park.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room is well furnished, modern, and fashionable. We stayed in a standard room with a street view and were concerned that the room might be small, but it was absolutely pleasant and very large enough for our one night stay. The structure itself is a little older, and there is no lift, which can be a little tiring if you are staying on the second floor and having to haul your luggage up and down. Breakfast is provided on the ground level, and they offer a very good a la carte breakfast, with choices like vegetarian, healthy, sweet, or salty, and unlimited coffee. In addition to the extremely hard mattresses, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's style and furnishings. However, I must add that I do agree with other ratings that it shouldn't really be called a hotel bed and breakfast. First off, you don't really know who of them is a staff member or a guest, they don't have a uniform, at least a t-shirt, or other means, nor in the breakfast area, nor the cleaning or reception staff. And, sadly, none of them smiled or gave a proper greeting, which is what we at least expect when staying in a tiny hotel friendliness, personal service, and the feeling of welcome! This hotel has a very fair management and customer friendly policy. Sadly, my business trip was canceled and we were forced to postpone our stay.
