I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The staff is very welcoming. The room is nice even though it is small. The condition of the room is good, also the condition of the room is very clean and well-maintained. Free wifi is provided. The train station is directly across the street. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for affordable, practical service.

Very good choice for this price compared to others. The wifi is down. The location is very close to Mess Frankfurt, it's very convenient for business travelers, especially for visiting fairs. There isn't much special about breakfast here. But they were really good and friendly, especially their husband, Mara Rose, who you know will make you feel welcome.

The single hotel room was wonderfully marketed, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The room was clean, serviced daily, and suitably suited my travel requirements. I had one major issue with the hotel, but it was so difficult to pay for the room that we almost had to leave without paying! If you enjoy reading rants on that below, I advise stopping after reading the main positives: helpful staff, excellent last minute booking rate, great location close to Frankfurt huf. The room had lovely large windows that opened up to a wide range. Improvement opportunities wifi wasn't quick and some of the light globes were blown and the bathroom was dark. I had to haul heavy bags up a flight of stairs because the lift didn't stop at room levels. Upon arriving, I was given the initial online complaint about trip advisor checking in. We tried to settle our account the previous evening before checking out, but we were told to come back to reception after the online confirmation. In the event that they couldn't accept cash, only the manager, who allegedly handles several hotels, could process the payments at that time. Nonetheless, I was quite let down by how awful it was for me to sleep with an early wakeup call the following day. Although early checkout shouldn't be a commonplace in this location, I'm amazed that a motel so close to the frankfurt

We visited Frankfurt for a fair, and this hotel was the best priced near the main train station and showed the best looking pictures. However, it's a bit smaller and cozier than it appears. We chose not to have breakfast because, typically, you can get a better deal in a shop, the rooms were big enough for two people, clean but a touch outdated. The only genuine issue was that we weren't informed about late-night protocol for entering the hotel. We entered through the bar during the day, but it is locked at night. There is no sign directing you to use the neighboring door. We tried to unlock it using the room key, but I believe the night keeper heard us and opened the door. He informed us that there is a doorbell for entry after hours, so that issue was resolved. This is unquestionably a familyrun hotel, and it would be unfair to compare it to the big boys in town. Its conveniently located, reasonably priced, and spotless.

The location is very close to the train station. Suitable. If there is some distance to the city center. The floor is made of wood. I think the light in the room is not bright enough. But in general. The hotel and the room are clean.

Small family run hotel. No frills but essential. Close to the station where you can get the express train to the airport. Close to Kap Europa and place for dining out. The room was quite, clean and refurbished. The owners are very kind and nice.

Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Zimmer/Bad noch relativ neu renoviert, aber etwas halbherzig. Neue Fliesen im Bad, aber Türrahmen stark abgenutzt und Abdeckung Leerbuchse neben Steckdose fehlt. Insgesamt okay für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Zum Wohlfühlen fehlt der Blick auf die Details. Lampe am Bett war defekt. Nur ein kleiner Doppelhaken für die Handtücher auf Höhe des Waschbeckens ist nicht ausreiched, um vor allem das Badehandtuch aufzuhängen, insbesondere, wenn man es mehrfach nutzen will. Nur ein nicht sehr helles Licht über dem Spiegel im Bad, sehr dunkel unter der Dusche. Ausreichend Platz für Kleidung im Schrank und für Mail ch brauchbare Matratze.

Redelijke kamer, douche gordijn blijft onprettig. Verder moesten we in de ontbijtruimte zelf de verwarming aanzetten. Het was er erg koud (midden december), het ontbijt was redelijk. Verder was het er erg rommelig, overal was wel iets opgeslagen, waardoor het smoezelig aandoet. De mensen waren wel erg vriendelijk en de ligging van het hotel is uitstekend. Prijs per kamer komt niet overeen met de sterren die het hotel heeft. Te duur.

Akzeptabel als relativ günstige und sehr zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Einrichtung überzeugt nicht, da schon ein wenig älter, geht aber noch in Ordnung. Im Nachbarzimmer war der Fernseher relativ laut an, sodass man diesen einigermaßen gut hören konnte. Toilette hat leicht gestunken.

friendly, helpful staff, but a very basic hotel adjacent to the red light district, train station is next door and consequently it is relatively noisy. If you're travelling on a budget it might be a good bet, but business travelers should look elsewhere
