War Wünderschöne erholsame Urlaub, sehr schöne Stadt . An der Rezeption sehr freundliche bezaubernde Gastgeberinnen. Hotel hat Wünderschöne historische Architektur mit angerichtete Zimmern. Wie ein Museum. Mir hatt sehe gut gefallen. Ich bin sehr glücklich das ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe. Der Rossengarten liegt direkt gegenüber das Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Bad Kissingen am Rosengarten und Kurpark. Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus in begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden. Das ganze Haus und auch die Zimmer sind im englischen Jugendstil gehalten. Es gibt einen großen Restaurantbereich, einen wunderschönen Innenhof und einen Salon. Die Zimmer sind nicht super modern - was auch nicht zum Haus passen würde -, aber sie sind sehr geräumig, blitzblank und besonders schön ist der große Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich - Wurst, Käse, Eier, Obst, Süßes, Herzhaftes - und sogar vegane Varianten (für mich sehr wichtig) sind vorhanden. Wie so oft, machen aber einmal mehr die Mitarbeitenden den Unterschied. Alle sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann und ich kommen gerne wieder.

Overall, a pleasant experience, though a little expensive, in my opinion. Local lodging is not cheap, to be honest. Clean construction, a fantastic position right by the city center and facing the beautiful gardens, a very spacious room, and a basic yet tasty breakfast. Wi-Fi went hog-free everywhere. There are numerous open days going on right outside the hotel, so it can become extremely noisy up until 22.00 or later if you are an early sleeper. At certain times, the breakfast employees were a little overworked, the tables were uneasy, and a small portion of the selection had barely run out. Perhaps extra workers wouldn't hurt. Beautiful woman at reception, who is incredibly nice, polite, and generally proficient in English, particularly considering that English speakers are nothing but abundant in bad kissing. I'm not surprised to hear her speak Russian with some visitors. Contrarily, a younger man behind the desk at my check-out was rather drab.

This spacious hotel located in the heart of the old spa town was just the right size for our purpose. Not too luxurious but not too low four star. Our double room was really quite spacious and had big windows overlooking a small river and park. Just across the street is an old historic building or some kind of cultural house. Parking was available but only 100 meters above was a public area where you could pay for parking with an automated. Large windows are not possible to open so it might be hot during the summer season? At the time, Oct.

We had a nice stay at this hotel but I would have expected there to be air conditioning in the room as when it's above 30 in the summer the room is like a sauna, we asked if there were any fans available but the two they had were already given to someone else, so we had to keep the balcony window open in the room all night which was not ideal. They offered free wifi but could not connect. Breakfast was very good and friendly staff. Knowing that the room lacks air conditioning I would be against stopping here in the summer.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price.

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr nett. Alles war vorbereitet. Lediglich der CKI wurde sehr strikt auf 15:00h terminiert, sodass wir warten mussten. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, groß und mit ruhigem Balkon zum Innenhof. Alles war picobello sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Lediglich ein paar vegane Varianten wären noch schön gewesen. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, sollten aber im voraus angefragt werden.

Quite a good hotel for a low budget. Very friendly staff who tried to make it a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and fantastic shower. The room was quiet and my room had a balcony. I would heartily recommend this good value hotel.

Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war jedoch stark veraltet, insbesondere die Sanitäranlagen (Schimmel, schlechte Toilettenspülung). Bett und Matratze waren unbequem. Insgesamt kein gutes Zimmererlebnis.

Das Zimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden. Außerdem war es nicht sauber. Das einzig Schöne war die Aussicht vom Balkon, der leider auch ziemlich heruntergekommen und schmutzig war. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich wurde bei der Abreise nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war, sonst hätte ich Feedback gegeben. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und doch schnell im Zentrum. Frühstück war okay.

Dieses Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Es müsste dringend investiert werden. Die Toilette z.B. ist sehr eng. Die Dusche muss über eine relativ hohe Schwelle erreicht werden.
