Wunderbar Aufenthalt mit grossem Zimmer und guter Standort. Parkplätze kostenlos vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Frühstück und Abendessen einfach perfekt und empfehlenswert! Würde dieses Hotel wiederum buchen, da Preis und Leistung hervorragend war.

I spent 2 nights here while visiting Oberstaufen, very nice hotel with big rooms, heating equipment for winter cold, constant hot water, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, free wifi, really enjoyed my stay here.

When celebrating my 73 th birthday, we spent the weekend here. Everything was excellent, including the accommodations, the restaurant, and the indoor pool. Parking is prohibited in the garage beneath the hotel. The check-in process was pleasant and the staff was pleasant, so it was truly pleasant. We appreciate it.

You should contemplate whether you should stay in this place. I have been visiting nearly all over the world and am a frequent traveler. Having said that, I have never had such a bad encounter. I would first address the lodgings before referring to the staff. Do not think about staying there if you are searching for a charming setting to unwind. Practically, the facility has been built. What about the charm and wellbeing? Sadly, it is absent! I want to address the personnel now. Most of them are, in our opinion, friendly. We discussed Scott Taylor, a kind, accommodating man. There were many people at the eatery. The Leon School and Robert Munch Rp.? Two extremely kind and courteous gentleman. But on our final night, we encountered Michael, who we believe shouldnt be there. What transpired is what happened. Since my wife requested more salad from the bar that was no longer available, my wife demanded more salad as it took longer for the main meal, Michael apologized, but it is no longer available. When my wife said she expected a better tone, Michael told us to see if I'll ask the kitchen. She made the tables disinfected, ignoring how we were still eating. There is no way to get someone with this attitude work in a fourstar hotel. When arguing with my wife over the

We stayed here one night as part of our bike tour of Bavaria. The room was spacious and luxurious, simply put. Clean, clean, quiet, and warm. Our luggage was brought to the room by the hotel staff, the only place out of all the hotels we stayed at in Germany that delivered it to us. The staff were well presented, professional, but friendly, and helpful. Although located at the top end of town, it was a convenient 20 minute walk down the town center. It's uphill to get home, but it's a pleasant walk and a good way to burn off dinner and drinks. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we only had breakfast here which seemed to meet peoples needs and diets. More than a hotel, it also had onsite health options, including massage and spa services, group walks, and other activities. We felt we were getting enough exercise with biking, but when talking to other guests, they were there to use the services they offered. From start to finish, the staff and the hotel itself made us feel special and it was hard to leave the next day. Congratulations concord.
