We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The staff was very friendly and made our stay hospitable. A special mention to the housekeeping staff for taking care of us to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are neat, with wifi, a good tv and all basic amenities included. The location is the highlight as it is right in the heart of cologne city and close to the metro, tram stations, train station and the famous cologne cathedral.

Di seberangnya juga terdapat supermarket, toko roti, dan toko obat. Jadi hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus. Semua staf sangat ramah, sopan dan membantu. Air, permen kecil, dan buah tersedia secara gratis di bagian penerima tamu. Kamar kami cerah, luas, dan dilengkapi dengan furnitur modern. Semuanya bersih dan pembersihan kamar harian bekerja dengan baik. Sarapan tersedia mulai pukul 06.30 Pada hari kerja dan mulai pukul 07.00 Pada akhir pekan. Anda dapat memesan 3 slot waktu berbeda untuk sarapan. Pilihan prasmanan sangat besar. Namun, kamar yang menghadap ke halaman belakang jauh lebih tenang, yang juga saya sebutkan. Tidak ada tanggapan terhadapnya.

My experience at this hotel over my two days there has been somewhat mixed. First off, when we arrived, we noticed that the hairdryer in the room was not working, and unfortunately, despite reporting it to reception on the same day of our arrival, it remained unresolved until we left. This was a frustrating inconvenience. Also, the rooms are quite small, which can be uncomfortable, especially if you plan to stay for a long time. Regarding breakfast, as a vegan, i expected a greater variety of vegan options. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired in terms of plantbased options, limiting my culinary experience at the hotel. However, i would like to highlight that during my last visit to the hotel, i received exceptional service from egypte. His attention and service were exceptional, and he truly made my last experience at the hotel much more enjoyable. His kindness and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer, which i greatly appreciate. In summary, the hotel has areas that could definitely improve, such as room maintenance and the variety of vegan options at breakfast. However, the attentive and friendly service from egyptus, we are a Marriott bonvoy gold elite, our goal is to become a oneday ambassador.

Sangat tidak cocok untuk tamu yang datang dengan mobil sendiri. Tempat parkir bawah tanah hotel selalu penuh. Jika Anda bertanya, Anda akan menerima selembar kertas dengan alamat garasi parkir di area tersebut. Itu berarti setidaknya 15 menit berjalan di tengah hujan dengan membawa barang bawaan. Menurut saya hotelnya bagus. Bagus, bersih, sentral dan ada menu sarapan yang sangat variatif. Satu-satunya keluhan saya adalah minuman dan makanan ringan yang bisa Anda beli di lantai bawah sangat mahal. Tentu saja harganya lebih mahal daripada di supermarket, tapi menurut saya harganya cukup mahal. Jika Anda membayar 11 euro untuk tiga minuman ringan 0,5 liter, itu cukup banyak. Jika tidak, saya tidak bisa mengeluh dan akan tinggal di Cologne lagi di hotel ini!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10minute walk from the train station, and the staff is friendly. Its quiet and clean, with spacious rooms and a good bathroom. Our ac unit didnt work well, and at night our room was quite hot and stuffy. Apart from that, it was a great stay!.
