Saya dan istri saya berada di sana dari 18 hingga 19 Desember. Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami menginap di Excelsior Hotel Ernst dan kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, dimulai dengan kedatangan dan fungsi valet serta staf yang sangat ramah yang baru saja memarkir mobil kami, hingga bar hotel, sarapan, dan keberangkatan kami. Semua staf selalu ramah. Kami hanya memperhatikan 2 hal mengenai kamar kami. Di satu sisi, cermin di area pintu masuk sebagian buta dan di sisi lain, terdapat lubang yang tidak terlalu kecil pada tirai di kamar tidur. Jujur, hal itu mengejutkan kami, meskipun kami "hanya" memiliki kamar double klasik. Tapi kami akan tetap kembali.

The room is beautiful, as is the first apartment. The service provided by the staff is excellent. The location is very strategic, close to the cathedral, so its perfect for the christmas market without the noise of performances or construction work going on in the area.

We will definitely return! 10/10 A very welldeserved 5 star hotel from location to hotel staff. We visited during our honeymoon on new years eve and new years eve. The services were amazing. The big white guy at the reception was very helpful and kind and made our honeymoon / new year so memorable. Everything was beyond expectation and great! We didnt leave the room to explore koln lol. Thank you bell man, receptionist, waitresswaiter, doorman, maid and all the hotel staff for this special unforgettable experience.

The hotel is wellmaintained. The service is excellent. There is a small wellness corner under the roof with a small fitness area. Breakfast is excellent. The amenities and service are good, as you would expect from a hotel in this category. Right across the magnificent dome.

This remarkable hotel is perfectly located in the heart of cologne, near the Rhine river and the breathtaking gothic cathedral. Despite the challenge of accessing the hotel by road during peak checkin times, attentive valet service ensures a smooth experience, parking your car promptly and welcoming you into the hotel. The hotel front office was managed by the charismatic Dan the man, a tuxedoclad man who welcomed us with a warm smile. He facilitated a seamless checkin process and took the time to ensure we were well informed about all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The excelsior hotel eerls has a grandeur that harks back to the opulent luxury of bygone eras. It almost feels like entering a storybook setting. The ornate but comfortable elevators and the characterfilled hallways and carpeting transport you to a world of highend sophistication. Every corner of the hotel has a sense of history and elegance. The hotel restaurants and bars are a delight, serving delicious food and drinks that will make your face smile. In all my travels, the excelsior hotel elgior hotel elgier has definitely earned its place among my top picks. The splendor of this place is beyond words, and the staff, including our tiny dog, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The decor was stunning, and the place was immaculate. With all the conveniences, the room is elegant. There are several places to eat or drink in, and the food is excellent. The cathedral is centrally located right outside the front door. I could go on and on, but when we return, we will most definitely stay there! Very peaceful and secure.

The only issue is the restaurant. It was fully booked for three weeks in advance. Also, the room service menu is very poor, with only two main dishes and burgers, so we had to go out every evening even for a birthday celebration. The staff is perfect, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan stasiun kereta api koln, tinggal jalan kaki sudah sampai di hotel lokasi hotel sangat strategis. Hotel bernuansa tua hanya bersih sekali kamar tidur dan kamar mandi oke punya Shower di kamar mandi paling enak yang pernah saya rasakan. Airnya kencang dan deras. Pantai kamar mandi hangat. Sepertinya lantai ada pemanasnya. Saya menginap di kamar meluas. Sayang bantalnya sangat empuk sampai kempis saat ditiduri walaupun diberi 2 bantal. Selaputnya hangat sekali. Di sekitar wisma banyak pertokoan dan makanan. Di sebelah kiri hotel kalau dilihat dari arah depan ada McDonalds.
