I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights at this hotel for my trip to Mess Munich. At check-in, you first find strange visitors everywhere, which makes you feel fearful. Second, the rooms didn't have air conditioning! The temperature was about us, etc., and the third room was very dirty. However, I contacted the reception. After a few days, they sent somebody to clean them, so we didn't see them for the rest of our stay. After trying to check out for 3 days, we requested a refund from the receptionist for the remaining 3 days. They gave us the hotel's number when he recognized what I said, and he said, OK, I'm driving now and will call you later. I attempted to contact him four times and leave a message, but he didn't respond. The receptionist apologized, telling me that he can't refund you for the check-out as he's paying a percentage of application! There is no comment. As if it's my first time staying in a hotel. Fifth, the only positive was that the two men who were in the reception were so friendly and understood and tried to help several times, but they were unable to do more. At the end, we left and remained at a holiday inn for almost the same price! I could give them anything less than one
