The owner is fantastic, as is the service. The rooms are very spacious, cozy, and clean. The food is really delicious. You feel at home while staying at zum bisschen in Stimatt. They also have a great canine who just wants to be loved. Definitely recommend the hotel.

When our family visited the black forest last week, we stopped at the gasthof zum bisschen for a bite to eat and something to drink. We had an excellent time interacting with the owner of the gasthof and Sara, their chocolate lab. Friendly, easy to visit, and helpful. If you are in the area, we highly recommend this gasthof.

The owner, who is named Gasthof zum bisschen, is really a nice and charming couple. I will miss them and their labrador dog karate room which is large and clean, and warm. The food is wonderful. A lot of reasons to visit Schwarzwald!.
