Arrived very early in the day (normal for overnight travel in north america) and was initially refused an early checkin without a significant increase in cost. After enjoying a walk around the Romer and old town, i returned and was offered a checkin around lunchtime with a room upgrade.

Their dedication and professionalism greatly enhanced my experience, demonstrating the hotels commitment to guest satisfaction even during busiest times. Tobias and Andreas were exceptional in their roles, ensuring that requests were met efficiently and with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist went a long way to making my stay comfortable and hasslefree. Christina Racus service was equally impressive, adding a personal touch that made a difference. Her warmth and professionalism made my interactions with the hotel staff memorable and enjoyable. The rooms provided a peaceful refuge from the throng, providing comfort and tranquility. Despite the events impact on hotel services, such as longer wait times and crowded areas, the staffs efforts to maintain a high standard of service were evident and appreciated. Im impressed by this sumptuous christmas dinner. Goose was delicious, tender and juicy, and accompanied by great gravy, stuffing, dumplings and red cabbage. We all loved it! Preordered the meal and picked it up on christmas Eve in a nice insulated box. All arrived home fresh and warm.

I had a wonderful stay. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The fresh french toast was delicious. So delicious that you dont even need syrup. The entire meal was delicious. I had steak at the onsite restaurant, and it was excellent.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works well. The breakfast is delicious. The gym next door is great. Great location 20 minutes walk to the university and 5 minutes walk to the city centre. I would definitely recommend it!.

This place is a great place to stay. We booked this hotel as a business group for our meetings and stays as well. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch and meeting room service. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the decent view. I love the breakfast verity. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was the highlight, it was so diverse, and the young people working there were incredibly helpful and respectful, creating a completely different atmosphere for the hotel. The housekeeping was outstanding, and room service was comparable to abreise cleaning. We needed specific items in our room, and the young lady who delivered them to us was prompt and friendly. I believe these details enhance the experience in many ways. I will definitely return!.

Very nice hotel, executive room was nice, room service offered verity of delicious dishes 24 hours a day, lounge was nice, breakfast was very good. Service and personal are very welcoming and helpful, especially mr. Mohammed at the butler service.

The hotel lobby is pleasant, and the area is tidy. Both the bathroom and the room are tidy. Although the shower booths water drains a little slowly, it is generally fine. On request, bathrobes, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, and slippers are all provided. Although the pool isnt particularly lovely, it is still functional. The sauna is excellent. Breakfast is also excellent.
