The pictures make this spot look a little bit nicer than it is, but we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff. The elevator was laughably small but it seems to be a standard across Europe, just wasn’t expecting it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right by a bit of a popular night area. Joked with the guy at reception a little bit and had some good coffee from him. It’s a very convenient spot and I would recommend it.

Very nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Walking distance to city to restaurants. As everywhere else in Germany, very good breakfast with variety of food and great coffee. Hotel parking spaces located in the nearby business a bit tight if you’re in a SUV.

The location is great because it is approximately 15 minutes on foot from the railway station and about 20 minutes on foot from the shine river. The room is clean and comfortable, but not overly big. The staff is very kind, always ready to help. Breakfast is a bit limited but you really have more than you need for a good breakfast.

The location of this hotel is walking distance from the train station which was very convenient. We did not take breakfast. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The desk clerk was a bit frantic but friendly.

I highly recommend it. I spent four nights at this hotel for a meeting. The hotel offers a very good value for money, a large and nice hotel room, and a full array of amenities. The hotel's service is, more than anything, fantastic. They serve a fantastic breakfast, as well as exceptionally pleasant and caring personnel. One particular incident happened when I forgot to leave the hotel room keys after I checked out, and the hotel staff members went the entire way to Frankfurt Airport to retrieve the keys from me.

This hotel is close to the train station. The room was clean and quiet. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The water tower and city center are just a short stroll away. Nice breakfast and relaxing. I will stay here again.

My initial concern was the space was too tiny. Large suitcases and a ton of goodies come with 15 days in Germany. However, my initial thought was feckless. At each end, there were nightstands, a desk, a ton of drawers, and a little stand. To keep the bags out of the way, the suitcases securely fit well on top of the closet. The ac is excellent. Mannheim was extremely hot. The shower was the only issue for me. It had a large showerhead and a hand sprayer, but no door. Had to restock every set of hand towels on the floor. Wifi functioned well, although it was a bit slower on weekends. Breakfast was decent and not pricey. If you want a beer at the end of the day, they have a tap. There are several parking lots in front of the hotel. The train station is a few minutes one way, and the watchtower is a few minutes the other. Tram line and grocery store lid are both right behind the motel. The room has windows open. If you have large bags, the lift is quite tiny. Everyone was amiable and courteous. Most people have good English. Excellent hotel!.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for transient visitors. Many restaurants are found in the area for dining options. It’s also a few minutes walk to the Water Tower. The property is a bit old and you can smell it as you come inside your room. However, the room is very clean and spacious. The staff are nice and cordial.

Close to the Hbf, sensibly priced. The lady at check in (around 11pm when my train got in) was extremely pleasant. Room was comfortable but with the tiniest decades-old smell of cigarettes. Air con worked well though, which was a huge plus. I’d stay there again.

Das Bett war sehr gut, die Handtücher sehr dick und flauschig, der Fernseher sehr groß. Die höchstmögliche Lautstärke beim Fernseher war aber zu gering. Vieles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service sehr nett.
