Gerat location in Oberkassel, just of the hansaalee but shielded from the noice of the tram. I checked in late and despite reception being closed , everything worked our very smooth with their code system. Room was simple but functional and breakfast was nice. All in all a good experience if you are looking for an overnight in Dusseldorf.

一週間の出張で利用しました。現地在住の日本人が多く落ち着いた雰囲気のオーバーカッセルでホテルを探し、個人経営で質素な雰囲気が目に留まりこちらにしました。ベルゼンプランツ駅近くの住宅に溶け込むような立地で部屋も綺麗です。ホテルから旧市街地へは散策がてら徒歩でライン側を渡って30分ほど、最寄り駅からUバーンに乗ればデュッセルドルフ中央駅まではで10分くらい。ドイツ流の朝食も毎日の楽しみでした。次回もこちらに泊まりたいと思わせられる宿でした。

Unglaublich nettes, familien-inhabergeführtes Hotel in Düsseldorf Oberkassel. Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück konnte ich mir wegen Corona morgens aufs Zimmer liefern lassen. Sehr leckere Frühstücksauswahl. Werde sicher hier erneut übernachten!

Chambre au look "inhabituel" (tout en ton de brun, avec thématique sur le café), dans laquelle règne une odeur que j'ai trouvé légèrement déplaisante (sans doute une ancienne chambre fumeur). La taille était raisonnable, sans plus. Ceci dit, le service était impeccable, l'établissement très propre, petit déjeuner copieux et bien fourni, et le quartier très agréable, et facile d'accès. Sans doute un manque de place de parking, mais le personnel était très conciliant pour nous aider à trouver une solution. Donc dans l'ensemble, je suis plutôt content de mon séjour là-bas.

Das Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend. Die Eineichtung war liebevoll ausgewählt. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und braucht 9 Minuten in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war nicht perfekt organisiert aber lecker und gemütlich.

오너 가족과 직원분들이 너무 친철하게 대해 주셨어요. 문의사항에 대해서도 아주 상세하게 잘 가르쳐 주네요. 아침식사는 거추장 스럽지 않는 뷔페식으로 연어와 훈제생선 요리가 맛 있엇고, 다양한 치즈를 제공해 주어서 훌륭한 아침이 되었습니다. 호텔은 아담하였습니다. ^^

Lage :Das Hotel Arosa hat eine hervorragende Lage um in Oberkassel fussläufig alles zu erreichen bzw. die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt, von dort kann man leicht in 5 Minuten die City von Düsseldorf erreichen. Sauberkeit ist excellent, das Frühstück ausreichend, Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr engagierter Inhaber.....Bei der Nachtruhe muss man Abstriche machen, da die Hauptstrasse und die Strassenbahn nicht weit entfernt ist. Gute Preis/Leistung, jederzeit wieder.
