die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit egal ob Rezeption oder die Hausdamen. absolut empfehlenswert für einen Kurztripp nach Berlin. Wir kommen gern wieder da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

I thought it was a great place for the price, nothing to complain about. The bed was much better than I thought and the lady in the reception was so nice! Had some questions before regarding the late check in and they always replayed within a couple of hours and the check in online was really easy. Would have been nice with a bench or some chairs outside

Saya tidak senang dengan tempat tidurnya karena sangat tidak nyaman dan menurut saya kurang sesuai dengan harganya karena tidak ada shower atau toilet di kamar, hanya ada beberapa toilet dan sedikit shower. Saya juga menemukannya sangat keras karena Anda dapat mendengar semua (bahkan tetangga menyedot debu di malam hari), sayang juga TV tidak berfungsi. The hostel is conveniently located right on the main square, Alexanderplatz, and only a few minutes walk from supermarkets and a few budget restaurants. The room had a good internet connection and a heating. Towels were provided and the bathroom shared, but it was cleaned daily. The older staff member was helpful and friendly, while the younger staff member I guess was unwelcoming and charged us 1. 5 for 2 sheets of paper with no English. 'I don't know, not the owner, he's not very friendly about that.

Saya tidak akan memesan di sana lagi. Kamar dan fasilitas sanitasinya bersih, tetapi kasurnya sangat tipis sehingga seluruh tempat tidur sekeras papan, sehingga tidak nyaman untuk tidur. Ada 2 soket di seluruh ruangan (tidak cukup), semua perangkat dicabut. Saya harus merangkak ke bawah meja terlebih dahulu. Sesampainya di sana, saya telah bepergian sepanjang hari dan ponsel cerdas saya kosong karena perjalanan panjang. Saya mengumumkan check-in nanti dan sudah dikonfirmasi, tetapi ketika saya sampai di sana, tidak ada satu pun di sana. Tidak ada yang membuka pintu, saya tidak dapat dihubungi melalui telepon dan saya berada di tengah Berlin pada malam hari. Saya kemudian pergi ke toko kebab di sebelah untuk mengisi daya ponsel saya (setidak untuk membayar beberapa persen) dan menemukan bahwa saya menerima informasi check-in otomatis TERLAMBAT SORE. As I arrived late, the hotel made a special arrangement with me. The room was clean, and there weren't many guests there at the time, so showers and toilets were fairly available, which I liked. The location is strategic, close to supermarket and tram stop.

What you pay for here is exactly as described. If you're searching for cheap alternatives, this place is worth every penny. Within a 30-minute walk of the city center, it's in a good position. Basic amenities. While I was there, they were finishing up work on the building, which was noisy, and they didn't let me know beforehand, but they offered a 10-cent discount. There are many stairs to climb and no other choice is more important to anyone.

Saya menginap pada bulan Oktober 2023 di kamar single nomor 21 di lantai 3. Terdapat 10 kamar di lantai, kamar mandi unisex dengan 3 wastafel di sebelah dan 2 shower, 1 toilet terpisah untuk semua orang, 1 toilet terpisah di depan pintu masuk untuk pria. Saya mendapat kamar tepat di sebelah pintu masuk ke lorong yang selalu sulit dikunci di malam hari ketika seseorang masuk atau keluar dari lantai, yang cukup sering terjadi. Menurut saya penginapan ini lebih mirip wisma atau wisma, mungkin dulunya asrama. Resepsionis hanya buka sampai jam 6 sore setiap hari, tidak ada lift, tidak ada dapur kecil, tidak ada apa-apa, kamar tidak ada kulkas, tidak ada kamar mandi dan tidak ada wastafel di kamar mandi.
