Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were fine though not made up during our stay, just new towels. Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.

The staff was kind, but the room cleaning was not good. It is convenient because it is close to the station.

At night it is not a safe location. Hard to check in at when reception closes. Suppose you pay for what you get
