The location is ideal for cologne. The bed is cozy, and the hotel is spotless. With a smile on their face, the staff is always willing to assist. We would definitely stay at this hotel if we visit clemence again, which i hope will do.

This place is suitable for travelers with comfortable beds. The walls are thin, making it easy to hear everything from the bathrooms and corridors. You have to wait constantly for someone to let you in because the entrance door is locked all the time. It is also impossible to store your luggage.

This charming little hotel is conveniently located near the koln hbf. We had a double room with sytayed bath, which was just what we needed - cosy, wellkept, and padded bed. Regarding the wifi, you get what you pay for, it was slow and the signal was inconsistent. I ended up just using cell data to plan our daylong route. Since that was the worst thing that happened, i would say it made for remorse!.

The hotels facade already appears attractive, and it consistently upholds its promises. I met two very kind and accommodating receptionists. It made me feel secure that i had to ring the doorbell to be allowed in. My room and bathroom were immaculate. There was a desk, chair, plus he had gotten pampered with slippers, tissues, hairdryer, etc. In the room. The location is ideal because it is so close to the main train station, yet it still feels peaceful enough to sleep well. Even for me, as incredibly short, the bathroom is quite small. Some boomers yelled in the hallway at night. Although it wasnt the hotel, its thin walks didnt help either. For those nextdoor trips, ill need to travel several more times and will book the motel again.

I reserved a single room, and it turned out to be exactly as it appeared in the photographs. I was fortunate to have gotten id stayed on the top floor because he had access to secluded but shared balcony that was ideal for both sunrises and sunsets. On the upper floor, it wasnt as hot as ive anticipated either. The room is small, but because of the layout and decor, the space didnt feel cramped. Two towels, slippers, utensils, an enormous tv and desk, sink, fulllength mirror, hairdryer, etc. We had naive bathrooms on both the third and second floors because they were larger. Three different receptionists were all very friendly. When you leave, you can leave your keys with the front desk and drop off your luggage in our firstfloor side room before or after you check out. It is close to the central station, which is 5 minutes walk from the famous cathedral and 20 minutes from riverside old town. There are also soundproof walls and doors, so if you stay on your balcony, there wont be any noise from outside. Although ill not try the breakfast buffet, other reviews said it was good and yelling at the train station. Also, their cleaning procedure is thorough. And since no one really enters unless they are staying there, hotel is quite secure. In the lobby,
