We like the location. The room was good, with a bathtub and air conditioning (it was needed because it was 30 degrees in the city of berlin). Breakfast was like other hotels of the same rank, but it can be good to have squid and baked beans. Kettle was in our room, iron is available on request. Disliked small comment. It looks like one of those rooms next to ours had flimsy walls because we could hear very well conversations and steps in that room. From another side room we cant hear any noise.

The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant area, offering all the amenities you could possibly need in close proximity. Nearly directly outside the hotel are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. While the rooms may use some updating, they are clean and quiet, providing me with some excellent nights sleep. The staff members are friendly, the breakfast is excellent, as well as the housekeeping team performing an excellent job. It is well worth the price. A great place to stay when visiting central berlin for merely one night.

This hotel is among the best ive ever stayed in. The showers are excellent, and the hosts in martine and santana are the finest. Their warmth and friendliness is the greatest i have ever encountered in Europe. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful little break. Ill be back.

I stayed there for two nights in the fall of 2023. The hotel is conveniently located on a peaceful side street off kurfurstendamm. A good restaurant and s discount store are right next door. Another grocery is directly across the street. Bus stops are within stepping distance for ten minutes. My room was still quite comfortable, even though the hotel may be dated. Unfortunately, there is tainting door leading to the adjacent room that allows neighbors noise to pass through very effectively. It was generally rather noisy. There is no doubt that the bathroom could use some updating, and the staircase definitely needs rework. With the charm of dingy school staircase from the 1970 th century and smells of broken drains, it has the appeal of an old school with the feel of crumbling drain lines. This staircase is accessible from referred discount supermarket. Breakfast buffet appeared to be rich and appealing. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. However, i find the cost of about eur 180 for 2 nights without breakfast to have breakfast is excessive for such upscale accommodations. Overall, im happy to say that my stay was enjoyable.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very nice, clean and quiet. Price is unbeatable. I have traveled all over the world. This hotel is in my personal top 5 list.

The hotel chateau is conveniently located near the center of downtown, allowing for quick travel to neighboring locations. The receptionists were not only friendly and accommodating, but they also had comfortable chairs and tables to hang out on. With a clean bathroom, spotless linens and pillows, and tastier balconies with chairs as well as stools and table, the rooms were almost ideal. Heating and air conditioning were also provided in the room. Cable televison was also available, where we could watch local channels. There was no fridge in our room, which was supposed to be under the desk with the hv on top. Other rooms appeared to have fewer minifridges, so we are left with that the fridge must have been damaged or temporarily out of order. Regarding the restroom, every time the apartment was cleaned, there was always fresh towels and toilet paper provided by the hotel. Shampoo and hand wash were included as part of it. Additionally, water was constantly hot, making it incredibly beneficial. Breakfast was decent, with dozens of food options to choose from, as did utensils and juice containers. From the staff to the accommodations and breakfast, this is essentially idly recommend it, especially considering its 4star rating.

The hotel is located directly off the ku dam. Great location at a reasonable price. Breakfast has s plethora of options and the chef can prepare your favorite egg style if you ask for it.

The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of downtown germany. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, and the room itself exceeded expectations. While i didnt particularly enjoy the semiarchaic feel to some areas of the building, ill assume thats just part of their style. Additionally, the breakfast service offered varying options and was of high quality. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent and conveniently located near everything. The tour bus stops big red bus stop are only a 10minute walk away. Louis vuitton, armani, and gucci stores are all conveniently situated on the same street. It offers reasonably priced lodging. However, the only negative i had was that when we requested additional pillows, they were unwilling to provide them. Overall, great staff, fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.
