The rooms are very clean and organized. There is no breakfast but in the morning there is a coffee included in price. The only negative note is that the carpet in room should be removed in accordance with hygiene regulations which state that this type of floor is an environment for germs and dust mites. It is only ten minutes from both the center and the train station, making it ideally suited for exploring the city.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel was fine! The area is quite close to munchen hbf, Karlplatz, and sendlinger Tor and Marienplatz. The hotel is on a busy street, so we couldnt hear the noise from inside. It was quite spacious and clean. Although the bathroom was also clean, it would be nice if the motel could renovate them, especially the showers which are pricier for elderly people because they are somewhat high. However, considering that hotels are still recovering from covid, this may be something to think about in the future! After ending first by mistake at the Hotel Deutsches theater on the parallel street and being humiliated there by the receptionist, its nice to find i was surprised to discover he was friendly and respectful. Please be careful not to make the same mistake as this hotel here is hotel germans theatre city center. Ive lived in muchen for three years and have passed the street several times, which was good. Just like in any large city, do not lose sight of your belongings either on that street or any other. Anyway, most pickpockets are located on marienplatz

This place is excellent. It is in a great location, less than ten minutes walk from the central station. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. If i ever return to musselin, ill most definitely make another reservation. After 10 p. M., the front door was closed. When you leave, make sure to bring your room and frontdoor key with you.

Our room, which was remodeled in an older style, was renovated. However, it is clean and comfortable, with a table and settee, i also like the double bed and the twoseater couch. The double windows keep out the noise when closed. There is no air conditioning, so the windows must be open on hottest days. Noise is then an issue in crowded areas. Staff were friendly and helped us check in early. They also provide fresh fruit at the front desk. Great central munchen location, just 6-7 minutes walk to the hbf.

Tired hotel but close to station. Adequate for 3 friends, but not recommended for couples due to limited facilities and wornout bathrooms. Lovely and helpful staff. No meal options, however, free coffee and tea each morning was very welcome. Easy walk into town.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was located in the city center, with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Kids are welcome here.

I cant recommend you to visit enough. We only stayed for one night, but they treated us very well and everyone has been so kind to us. Maria in particular was very helpful even though we had already checked out and didnt really need to. I really appreciate it and can not recommend visiting enough P. S. Sorry, i might have reviewed the wrong Deutsches theater before, sorry about that.
