Vi havde booket en enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med nytår, og der var ikke en finger at sætte på vores ophold. God og venlig betjening i receptionen ved ankomst, og nem og hurtig udtjekning dagen efter. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin - og man kunne, i modsætning til så mange andre hoteller, rent faktisk sidde og nyde sin morgenmad stille og roligt. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til det centrale Hamborg - lige på den anden side af hovedbanegården. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Zimmer ok, völlig ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffett nicht üppig, aber wer keine Riesenansprüche hat, wird auch nicht enttäuscht. Ich fande es insgesamt sehr gut. Laufweg zum Hauptbahnhof 3min. Super Lage

In direkter Nähe zum Bahnhof und doch recht ruhig und gemütlich. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier dennoch falsch. Mit bequemen Betten und erholsamer Nachtruhe kann man Hamburg genießen. Das WC im Bad hätte man allerdings geschickter platzieren können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, doch das Servicepersonal sehr nett und engagiert.

Mi è piaciuta perchè è vicinissima alla stazione e a pochi passi dalla piazza del Municipio. E' situata in una zona comoda e tranquilla, ho sempre dormito bene e la colazione è più che buona a mio avviso. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
