We booked this hotel for a short stay between christmas and new year. The condition of the hotel is very good, it is clean and cozy, with a family-centered mind. There is a huge advantage of this hotel. This hotel will stay again in the future.

Very clean hotel and all amenities there. All kitchen equipment and rooms are very spacious and comfortable with hot water. The staff speaks good English. Every problem or question we had was quickly answered. The hotel offers many activities to do, like swimming pools and games. We rarely use them, but they all look very nice. We didn't have to spend any money other than the meal, because of the high black forest red card the hotel gives to all the lovely sites around it. A lovely bakery store where you can find everything you need for a little breakfast is just outside the hotel and a two-minute walk from the hotel.

In March, we stayed at the hotel angel with two children. We were given a really nice welcome. We arrived early because our family was not ready, so despite the fact that their kinder allinclusive program offered us a free lunch at their restaurant, and when we were led to our room after lunch, our bags were already there. The family home has a separate kids' room with a bunk bed, a large bedroom with a parents bed, and one additional bed in a pocket on the wall. There was also a tiny living room with a kitchen counter and a table for four people. We enjoyed the room immensely, the only drawback was that a bathroom and a we were in various areas close to the entryway and a bathroom were in the parents' bedroom. There are two play rooms and an outdoor playground with two trampolines, a swimming pool, and a restaurant within the hotel. The food is of decent quality, with free drinks and a play area with Lego bricks, pencils, and paper. If you want to visit a splash park, badeparadies, or steinwasserparks, the setting is excellent. You also receive a free Schwarzwald card with discounts and free entrances in a variety of local attractions. To get your caution back, you must return the cards by mail to receive a 10% return

The staff was friendly and attentive all day and make sure you could relax. The indoor pool is just for bigger kids. The breakfast was very wonderful with some local touches. There is a great outdoor playground as well as a large playroom. The place is in general quite clean. We would stay here again.

This is my daughter's third time staying at this hotel. My daughter wanted to spend the entire summer holidays there at the happy club and swimming pool. If she enjoyed herself, I was too. I'm already planning a trip to Angel. And, the food is great.
