Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Ich kam sehr spät an und man fand für die Schlüsselübergabe eine pragmatische Lösung, für die ich sehr dankbar war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, insbesondere das Bad. Und auch am Frühstücksbuffet war nichts auszusetzen.

This lovely hotel was very clean and comfortable. It’s more modern than the typical German properties but still has a genuine feel unlike chain hotels. We were glad to have a room looking to the front of the building where we could hear the church bells next door.

Very nice family hotel. Location is great, good breakfast and service extremely friendly. Room clean and quiet. There is not so many good options in Würzburg to stay, this has been the best since now. Will definitely stay here next time.

Mitten in der Stadt, ca 2 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone, 2 Minuten vom Dom und 5 Minuten von der Residenz. Und gegenüber ist der beste Laden von Würzburg, die Würzburger Zigarrenlounge. Parken kann man vor dem Hotel mit etwas Glück. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Es ging super schnell. Die Zimmer sind im Top Zustand und sehr Sauber. Alles absolut perfekt. Und obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist, ist es sehr sehr ruhig.
