Für den Preis nehme ich gern in Kauf, dass das Badezimmer etwas outdated ist. Die Fugen könnten zum Beispiel einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, der Heizkörper hat kleine Rostflecken und turned optisch erst mal ab. Aber hey, dafür ist alles megasauber!

Our recent stay at the hotel was okay. Despite booking through Hotels.com, we were allowed a late check-in. I don't know if this is on Hotels.com or misinformation from the hotel to Hotels.com, but it did say check-in to 20:00 when in fact it ended at 18:00. The comfort of the room was below average. The beds weren't super comfortable, primarily because they had no mattress pad/topper. The cleaning standards were fine. The room and bathroom were reasonably clean, and we didn't notice much. Only that the interior felt outdated, and somewhat worn out. The service provided by the staff was great. We didn't interact much with the staff, as we had no real concerns, nor did we stay much at the hotel. The hotel's location was reasonably situated for our purpose of visiting Tropical Island. However, it was quite far from Berlin's city center; something that anyone who wants to visit Berlin and its main attractions should keep in mind. But other than being far from the city center, you had most things you'd need within a few minutes, as the hotel is situated in a small square with several options for shopping. Also, the hotel is situated inside a small shopping mall, with a kino (I think), a few restaurants, and a few bars. The situation with the bars might be a deal-breaker for some, as the sound from the bars could easily be heard from the rooms if the windows were open, which was almost a must considering the rooms got quite hot during the night, and no AC was available.

We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 night were great. The hotel is good for the price. Very close to the train station and restaurants. However, our room was above a club and our last night was a Saturday which caused us to stay up till 4 due to the noise. Overall I would say it’s a great place to stay on weekdays.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Die Hotelumgebung ist nachts einfach laut, selbst wenn das Zimmer nicht zum Innenhof liegt. Das Personal war nett, es wurde aber etwas gemeckert, weil ich schon mittags angereist war. Der Fernseher war zum wiederholten Male funktionstüchtig. Darauf hatte ich schon dass letzte Mal hingewiesen. Ansonsten ist die Lage zur Hochschule einfach top.

Mein Zimmer ging in den Innenhof raus. Die ganze Nacht war Party und ich konnte das Fenster nicht auflassen. Das hat mir nicht gefallen. Und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Komfortables Zimmer mit allem relevanten. Bett ist bequem, Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, Duschgel und Seife ist vorhanden. Der Check-in war gut, wir bekamen genug WLAN-codes, Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Uns wurde empfohlen in der Tiefgarage zu parken und 6€ abgeknöpft, was ein fairer Preis ist, aber tatsächlich war diese nie verschlossen sondern für jeden frei. Da kamen wir uns etwas verarscht vor. Außerdem gehen die Fenster des Zimmers zum geschlossenen Innenhof des Einkaufszentrums, in dem sich das Hotel befindet. D. H. Keine frische Luft, eher kommt noch ein leichter Essensgeruch aus dem Restaurant direkt drunter. Mein Resümee: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut.

Für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer und Bad sauber und das Frühstück ok. Anmerkung: Im Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht, an der Rezeption stand ein Aufsteller dazu, aus technischen Gründen. Also im ganzen Hotel. Im Bad war die Duschhalterung nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Verlängern um einen Tag, kein Problem.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht (Durchreise) gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Praktisch war das angrenzende kleine Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants, Kino, Kletterpark etc. Es war alles sauber und recht modern. Wir kommen wieder;-)!

Hotel in the middle of a shopping mall in 2 floor of the building. Supermarket cross the street. U bahn 2 blocks, about 30 minutes from Berlin down town. Parking cost 6 euro day, same building. Need to improve TV, only german channels

There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean.
