We stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending the waterloop exhibition and the boot boat show at the mess dusseldorf. It was quite simple to get to the hotel from the airport by rail from the airport to ness huf, and it takes two minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the staff was very friendly. The room was large. The beds were soft, which will suit some people, but it became a little uncomfortable for us. There is no ventilation in the rooms, so you must open the windows if you want fresh air. Unfortunately, this means that you will get all the street noise trainstram, cars, street crossing. The hotel is at the top of a street filled with bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, etc. So youll easily find everything you need. It is exactly the hotel I expected for the price we paid. There were many more options for much more money, but we took a gamble on a budget hotel and enjoyed how easy it was to get to Dusseldorf from our ness base into the airport or the mess exhibition center.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were given a very spacious, comfortable, and peaceful room. Breakfast was adequate, as was the wifi, and the location is perfect. The receptionist couldn't locate my name at first when we checked in, and when he did, he had the audacity to claim that I had mispronounced it! My name! Some people are never wrong, are they? Additionally, despite the fact that the hotel didn't seem busy at all, he seemed really eager to give us a room that hadn't been cleaned, so we had to wait a while. However, aside from this odd check-in experience, we had a pleasant stay.

It's the finest inn value in the region, right across the river from the heart of Düsseldorf. Im not sure how many stars it is, but it is run to such a high German standard, it doesn't matter. The front desk and behind the scenes staff were both incredible kind and professional. That alone will be one of my most memorable hotel stays. Additionally, I was able to run more errands in a single hour on a Saturday morning just outside the hotel than in a whole week in Paris, where I was coming from. Such is the excellent infrastructure and customer service in Germany. Hotel experiences are not created equal, and for the small amount of money I spent on staying here, it almost felt free.

The hotel is in a prime spot, conveniently situated between a tram and a train station. Only a walk from Dusseldorf on a tram costs EUR6 a person. The hotel staff is welcoming. Although the room is quite cosy, the room was reasonably priced and clean. The hotel offers spacious, spotless accommodations in a perfect position away from the city's high costs, but still close enough that getting there will not cost a fortune. Shopping is also accessible outside.
