El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación en relación con el centro de la ciudad, cerca hay restaurantes y bares. En cuanto a la limpieza, estuvo bien. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero es suficiente. Yo tuve problemas a mi llegada porque no recibí los códigos de acceso, pero fue un problema de la aplicació, y se solucionó con una llamada al hotel. El hotel siempre respondió mis llamadas y estuvo atento durante mi estancia. Es un buen lugar para dormir.

Hotel yang potensial: renovasi masih berlangsung pada Oktober 2023. Kamar tidak memiliki detektor asap, WiFi tidak ada, lampu langit-langit tidak berfungsi, rak goyah dan hanya ada satu gantungan di rak mantel (di kamar 3 tempat tidur). Perabotannya baru dan terlihat bagus, kasurnya bagus! Tidak ada pintu ke kamar mandi, shower bocor ke lantai (walaupun semuanya disegel), tidak ada rak atau gantungan untuk handuk. Yang paling saya khawatirkan adalah tidak ada ventilasi di kamar mandi. 3 Jam setelah mandi, air masih mengembun di dinding sehingga menimbulkan banyak jamur. Saya harap semua kekurangan ini dapat diperbaiki, sehingga bisa menjadi sangat bagus.

Hotelnya belum selesai. Kamarnya seperti berada di jalur pelarian. Alarm kebakaran tidak ada di lantai kami. Ruangannya sangat sempit dan berisik. Tidak ada sarapan, tapi bayar di muka saat check-in. Pintu kamar terbuka setelah memasukkan kode. Atau tidak ada lift, tapi 5 lantai.

Hotel ini belum selesai (lokasi konstruksi). Pekerja konstruksi harus membuka pintu karena pintu tidak terbuka setelah memasukkan kode. Meskipun sudah dipesan, Anda tidak menerima data akses apa pun. Kami kemudian harus menghubungi nomor asing dan menjelaskan masalah dalam bahasa Inggris. Dan alamat aplikasi juga tidak akurat. Saya tidak dapat merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun!

Hotel ini membatalkan kamar saya pada malam sebelum kedatangan saya karena dugaan cacat konstruksi. Saya sedang dalam perjalanan saat itu dan ingin tinggal di hotel ini. Saya harus mengatur ulang seluruh perjalanan dan masih kesal dengan layanan yang buruk! Itu tidak berhasil. Setiap hotel lain sudah penuh dipesan pada hari itu, jadi saya tidak punya pilihan dan tidak bisa pergi ke tempat ini. Alasan pemesanan adalah konser Bruce Springsteen. Saya tidak ingin meragukan apakah ada cacat struktural atau seseorang menawarkan lebih banyak untuk ruangan di konser tersebut, tetapi jelas. Saya tidak akan pernah mempertimbangkan hotel ini lagi dan tidak akan merekomendasikannya sama sekali.

Self-Checking-Probleme. Erster Anruf hat niemand entgegengenommen. Beim zweiten wurde die Hilfe zuerst abgelehnt, dann hat’s geklappt. Das alles macht man auf der Strasse bei Nieselregen. Fernseher funktionierte nicht: zu schwaches Signal.

I chose the "pay at property" option on Expedia, but there is no reception desk. When I arrived at the hotel in the early evening, I had no idea how to get into the building as I did not have the passcode for the entrance lock. I had to call a 31 phone number (Netherlands) from my Expedia email, and then one person came but she couldn't speak fluent German and English. It's also not possible to pay by credit card because the hotel says that the machine was broken. So we paid by cash to that personnel while we were unsure whether she was really the hotel staff. Anyway, we later got a receipt via email. All were very confusing...
