Fantastic reception desk staff member. She was so friendly,helpful and professional. Makes all the difference when travelling away from home. The cleaners were also lovely. The overnight supervisor was diligent and attentive which created a sense of safety for me as a female traveling alone. Walking distance to food, shopping and local attractions. HBF under 10 euro taxi ride.

Je to malý hotel v centre Bonnu, blízko je metro, reštaurácie, obchody. Čo musím vyzdvihnúť je báječná komunikácia s recepciou, ochota, ústretovosť! Príjemný hotel, doporučujem!

From the person in the desk to the cleaning people, everybody is very nice and the room was pretty big and comfortable. Free breakfast was excellent too!

The hotel is ideally situated for the town centre and river Rhine. Good transport links close by. The room was small but comfortable with all i needed. Breakfast was continental and was sufficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room doesnt have minibar while in the reservation it said that it has. It's a kind of cheating. It was important for us since we needed to put the baby' food in the refrigerator. The smell of smoking is spreaded almost everyvere in the hotel. The toilet door is super noisy and cannot be locked. The only positive points about this are the location and cleaness.

Gutes Hotel, allerdings an einer stark befahrendes Strasse, was abends beim Schlafen etwas nervig sein kann. Fruehstueck war gut und Personal sehr freundlich. Preislich eventuell etwas zu hoch fuer meinen Geschmack, aber bei der Suche auch kaum etwas guenstigeres gefunden.

Das Hotel ist sehr klein und auch die Einzelzimmer sind sehr überschaubar. Wenn man sich so wie ich nicht lange im Hotel aufhält ist es absolut ok. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist sehr in Ordnung. Insgesamt habe ich den Aufenthalt in Bonn sehr genossen. TIPP: Wenn man vom Flughafen mit dem Bus nach Bonn fährt, kann man bei der Haltestelle vor dem Hotel aussteigen und braucht nicht bis zum Bahnhof zu fahren und dann wieder zum Hotel zurückgehen.

sehr nettes Personal sauber und allgemein guter Zustand großer Balkon aber TV funktionierte nicht (nur das Radioprogramm) relativ laut, wenn man ein Zimmer zur auch nachts stark befahrenen Straße hat Duschvorhang...

Das Zimmer viel zu warm, heiß, keine Klimaanlage, kein gekühltes kostenloses Wasser auf Etagen, die Decken viel zu dick für den Sommer, laute Strasse da öffnen der Fenster fast unmöglich ist. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war zwar an, aber kaputt, und kochend heiß. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, das ist schlecht. Gutes Frühstück.
