This castle hotel is suitable for folks who enjoy peaceful places, bicycling, walking in the countryside, and delicious meals! In the main building, we were given a very spacious room with a large terrace, white marble bathroom, and wooden floor. On the other side of the main building, the river is moving, and the castle is surrounded by a large park. The restaurant, however, had a fantastic crew. Several of them did not speak English well, but they did their best to make us feel like unique guests. The cuisine was outstanding, not ordinary amazing, but really fantastic! Each bite was delicious. Wherever there are strict standards, the chef will have them. We remained only one night. It is perhaps good to know that you may extend your stay by an hour or several hours upon departure, but you will be charged for them.

The only thing that prevented me from obtaining full marks was the plastic mattress protector, which made me sweat in bed and some of the decorations were tired, but other than that everything was fine. There is a lovely old house in the woods with an annexe. Will definitely stay at the main house again, friendly English speaking staff, great breakfast and a touch of decadence.
