The hostess is extremely attentive and friendly. The apartments are small, as if per two people in a sort of tiny home. The space where each has its own kitchenette is the only thing you share with your neighbor. There is a private refrigerator, you can buy and heat cooked meals, there is a sink and cutlery and crockery. The room itself is very tidy, and everything is provided with a comfortable bed, shower, toilet, sink, and a private terrace with table and chairs. Very quiet and in the garden, you can unwind peacefully among the greenery. A very enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and as wide as you wanted. Ordered at the table, so there is no wasted. Quality for the price. The hostess also recommended a beautiful Italian restaurant in the village.

It's incredibly rural, but there are some excellent eating places close by. Large, spacious rooms, some in the main building and some in an annexe in the garden. These pods are very modern, almost Scandinavian in design. Variety and a plentiful breakfast. Bicyclists adore the area.

It's a lovely hotel, I wholeheartedly suggest it. We spent a long weekend there with no teenagers, and everything was packed into a compact space that was still immaculate, bright, and contemporary, and set in a lovely meadow-style garden. Try to locate it in a roomy back garden and not be surprised by how incredibly suburban it is! We chose the fridge as our home-cooked, and the room was small, so if a lot of people are showering after one another, be careful that the water drains slowly! Even with us arriving late at night in the pouring rain, the family-run operation and employees were extremely helpful and kind. With no ECU bank account, they do not accept credit cards, so you have enough cash to pay the department. The nearby Vulcan baths were amazing and a lovely old center in Herstein. The base for our trip to this area of the fairy tale trail was it, which was ideal for us to travel south and north while we were completing this section.
