This hotel is located in the countryside. It was very clean and well maintained and everything was in very good condition. The only disadvantage of the room was that there was no AC and the room got very hot. Breakfast was great and the friendliness of the employees.

We had a wonderful time at the Up de Bike. Not only was Natalie, our host, extremely helpful with our stay, but also in contacting us about people who could help us find ancestors of my partner and his cousin. The apartment was roomy and well-kept. There are no curtains to keep out the light at night, so I would suggest staying away from the road. It was fun to see the horses in the field, especially since there were three foals there. The village of Ladbergen is a few kilometers distant, so one wouldn't choose to stay there without a car. The rooms are located above a Tavern. The meals we had there were extremely reasonable and generous portions. The breakfasts were also hearty and satisfying.

It was not a problem for us to arrive when the bar area was busy and contact was immediately made as soon as we opened the door and we were very friendly. It is actually a family run establishment, and this is shown in their care. Great atmosphere in the guest house, partly due to the setup and mainly due to the owners, whose great food is served when we arrived by car. Presentation is well done and reasonably priced. A selection of typical good German food with a few twists, all made in the kitchen. clean and comfortable rooms. It was everything we needed, plus a decent German guest house that has a great family atmosphere. good food, excellent beer and great staff. We enjoyed breakfast, with a selection of cheeses that we didn't have before meats, breads, etc. There isn't anything to criticize about the whole experience in fact. When traveling across Germany, this is now on our list. The locals also eat and drink here, showing what it's like. Large parking lot and on-site are both great.

It is close to the autobahn and easy to find when we stayed here on a trip through Europe. We had a large family room that was very well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we arrived after the kitchen was closed but they still offered to cook us a delicious meal. Breakfast in the morning was simple and delicious. Our family agreed that we will stay here again on our next trip and try and arrive in time to use the restaurant.
