Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Service beim Frühstück hervorragend. Die Betten sind sehr gut und der Wellnessbereich ist klasse. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Mir hat die freundliche und warme Atmosphäre des Hauses gut gefallen. Außerdem fand ich die Ausgestaltung im Jugendstil interessant. Das Schwimmbad war groß genug, um richtig schwimmen zu können, es gab einen Whirl Pool sowie eine kleine Sauna. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker, vegetarische Gerichte vorhanden.Die Villa Aurora liegt in der Nähe zum Kurpark sowie zur Innenstadt. Die Villa Aurora kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

A real pity, because this is a fantastic, small hotel with excellent service. The room's balcony facing a tiny river is not huge but enough to be used for a few days of stay. All the employees gave excellent service. The food selection was poor and mediocre.

I have already remained at this charming familyrun hotel twice. The setting, service, breakfast, patio, etc are all wonderful. There are only two drawbacks: one, the air conditioning one day the temperature rose to 42 degrees! and the lack of a kettle to make tea or coffee. We anticipated fourstar service since we had spent top dollar on the room, the most we had ever paid for a room in Europe! Sadly, unless there is some form of air conditioning in place, we will not stay at the hotel Aurora if we return to Bad Neuenahrler. Otherwise, it would be impossible to fall asleep. Just a mobile air conditioner would suffice. Fortunately, we were outside all day while we were there, so we didnt have to deal with the hot room throughout the day. Apart from these two things, we had no other complaints and had a great time at the hotel.

Our family consists of four members, my wife, two young children, and I. The air valley was our favorite destination in our journey, despite having never been to Germany before and having decided to explore it in particular for its red wines on our way to Maastricht in the Netherlands. The hotel was excellent for both the location and the reasons stated in the review's title. It was a highlight of our trip. But a particular mention should be given to the service, which was fantastic even by Manhattan standards. When Christian, the manager, owner, was able to assist me with our rental vehicle, a light kept asking for blue light in it. We had never encountered anything like this before, but it turned out to be a supplement for diesel fuel. The service was excellent and we avoided the inconveniences caused by our return to axis. Bravo to Christian and his group!.

The grounds are surrounded by flowers. Everything is so well kept. Perfect!. My brother and his wife stayed in a room adjacent to mine and we all had a large balcony to ourselves. The guest rooms as well as the public rooms are both very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners and staff are friendly and do everything they can to help you. Breakfast is excellent. The small river runs in front of the hotel, and it has a wonderful walk and bike path. Free bikes are available for use at the hotel.

Villa Aurora is a very nice hotel in the center of Bad Neunahr. It is a family hotel, the owner is very friendly, the rooms are great, the restaurant is of high quality and the breakfast buffet is perfect. We stayed there for a brief period 2124072017 and were very satisfied with our stay. The price quality ratio for this place is excellent. Also a very nice region for walking, and the hotel is 5 min walking from the theme.
