Das Hotel war wirklich super, ich hatte mit dem elektronischen Schlüsselsystem gar kein Problem. Die Unterkunft hat mich vorher kontaktiert und mir die Codes geschickt. Das Frühstück war auch super in Ordnung und auch das Zimmer echt sauber. Ich hatte sogar einen Balkon, womit ich gar nicht gerechnet hatte. Der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände ist kostenlos und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man sowohl bei der S-Bahn als auch beim See, ich habe mein Auto den gesamten Aufenthalt über gar nicht benötigt :-)

Herrliche Lage am Park, allerdings auch an der Hauptstraße, Fenster schließen sehr gut. Super Frühstück, auch in Corona Zeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Ich muß dieses hübsche Hotel Villa Sissi sehr loben! Das Frühstück war klasse und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich!! Unser Zimmer war sehr hübsch und blitzeblank ❤️👍 Die Lage ist auch TOP‼️Ich kann nicht verstehen das eine Bewertung so schlecht war! Ich kann das hübsche Hotel nur weiter empfehlen 👍 wir kommen gerne wieder!! ‼️Dafür FÜNF 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und strahlt den Charme einer herrschaftlichen Villa aus. Wunderschön gelegen in dem parkähnlichen Garten, wo man bei gutem Wetter frühstücken kann. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten war ausreichend groß und behaglich eingerichtet. Alles auch frisch und sauber. Ein kleines Missverständniss wurde prompt und kundenfreundlich vom Patron persönlich erledigt. So hat man es gern als Gast und kommt wieder. Lediglich das Einchecken ohne Rezeption (man bekommt vorab einen Code für das Öffnen der Türen) war ungewohnt - aber problemlos.

room was clean and spacious for 3 people. staff were nice and patient breakfast is run by only 1 staff, so choices aren't that much, but still enough, and she is cheerful, which was a good way to start the morning.

Since we did not receive any check-in info via hotels.com and access is only possible when given door and room codes, it took phone calls with 3 different people to obtain access codes. We only received an email from hotels.com with no text. Since our rooms were on the third floor, we were totally exhausted each time we had to climb up all those stairs (we are 80 and 72 years old, so that didn’t help!).The bed mattresses need replacing!!

Service sehr schlecht, gab kurz nach halb zehn bereits keine Semmeln und Brot mehr, obwohl für das Frühstück voll bezahlt wurde. Überall Spinnen im Zimmer und allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen

Keine Rezeption, kein Empfang, Zugang mit Code. Personal im Frühstücksbereich sehr freundlich. Dusche hat schon bessere Tager erlebt (Rost an Wanne). Im Zimmer dicke Staubschicht auf Schrank. Ansonsten OK

Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber, schöner Balkon. Frühstück leider nicht sehr umfangreich, es fehlt frisches Obst. Brot, Semmeln, Gebäck wurde alles nur aufgebacken. Nur kleine Auswahl an Müsli und Joghurt.
