It shouldn't have taken us so long to return. The hotel has changed a lot in the past few years but still serves good local food. Excellent rooms, lovely terrace, comfortable mattresses, and good bathroom. A fantastic place to unwind and unwind. didn't have time to use all the hotel facilities this time but because it was nice weather we were out and about. You are in the Black Forest as you walk out the hotel door and there are many nice walks close by. The family finkbeiner is still in charge, and that is of course what gives it its stability. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Allow 200 per night including dinner, but without drinks.

This hotel is a real favorite. This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with great amenities and delicious cuisine. I had the harsh dinner and it melt in my mouth. There is a large selection of saunas and everything is immaculate. Every need can be accommodated as well.

This is highly recommended if you want some peace and quiet in a home away from home. We were looking for a quick family vacation in a pleasant quiet area, and we found this family-run wellness hotel in the center of beautiful black forest. It is situated in a small village with lots of beautiful walking trails. Great place to walk with the dog. The hotel has something for everyone: sauna and steam rooms, small gym, quiet room, reading room, and recreation room with pool table, table tennis, and table football. The biggest surprise was ringing in the new year with all the guests. The proprietor organizes the New Years Eve celebration and all guests are invited. Because many of the guests are regulars, it was more like ringing in the new year with extended family.

Lovely hotel down a quiet country lane in a beautiful setting with a large yard. However, there are lovely walks right outside the door. The room was excellent with a beautiful garden view. The owner and family very friendly and efficient. Even though the menu was limited with the chef taking a day off, the food was very good.

During our time here, I really enjoyed the hotel's familiar feel. We have already visited this very nice family-run hotel twice already. The bedrooms where we were stayed were nice, and the Knusperhauschen was a lovely combination of an old-style vacation chalet and modern comfort. The place is lovely and comfortable.
