Excellent reception. We had access to our room at 11.00am when we arrived from south of Germany. Although we had booked through Expedia he had no record of our arrival but it wasn't a problem and he gave us Expedia's rate which was cheaper than his daily rate.

The location of this hotel is excellent being central to the altstadt and literally under the Dom. I cannot fault the service, cleanliness or the comfort. The only downside was having to pay for Wifi in the rooms, although it was available downstairs in the lobby/cafe area.

This is a super nice Ibis. They provide real glasses for the bathroom and the room is spacious, relatively speaking. I needed a place to sleep for one night and wanted a place near the train station and easy access to shopping. This Ibis is very proximal. I had no trouble sleeping and am usually a light sleeper.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, tepat di sebelah stasiun kereta utama. Kamar dengan pemandangan Katedral. Kami dapat check-in lebih awal, resepsionisnya sangat ramah, sopan dan kompeten. Kamar bersih, tempat tidur nyaman. Akan lebih sempurna jika ada handuk tangan dan handuk mandi. Jika tidak, kami akan memesan hotel ini lagi untuk tinggal di Cologne.

The location is excellent. The rooms are standard ibis, functional, clean, not fancy, but fine. Ac, Starbucks next door, and convenient. Great burger hotel. There is literally an entrance from the train station, and the rooms offer a view of the cathedral.

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sempurna untuk perjalanan singkat. Lokasi hotelnya bagus. Namun, parkirannya relatif sulit, jadi saya parkir di garasi parkir Conti di stasiun kereta utama. Staf selalu ramah dan membantu. Kamar-kamarnya memiliki desain khas Ibis, tetapi terisolasi dengan baik dan dilengkapi dengan AC.

Saya tiba dengan kereta dari Bandara Cologne yang ideal. Jalan kaki mudah ke jalan perbelanjaan utama. Kamarnya sederhana tapi bersih dan cukup untuk satu malam menginap. Sarapannya enak dan secara keseluruhan hotel ini bernilai baik untuk uang.

You wont find a better place to stay if you want to be close to the station. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic, and the bathroom was a little worn out. The shower was good and powerful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which had a wide variety and was fresh.

Apa yang bisa dikatakan untuk hotel bintang satu atau dua, sangat bagus! Lokasi terbaik, staf sangat baik dan kamar bersih. Apa lagi yang Anda inginkan dengan harga ini. Meskipun dekat dengan stasiun kereta api dan Katedral, sangat sepi. Hampir tidak ada yang terdengar dari ruangan lain juga. Selalu dengan senang hati!

Hotel ibis seperti banyak hotel lain di Eropa. Namun, masing-masing memiliki nuansa tersendiri yang membedakannya dengan hotel lain yang terdaftar di jaringan tersebut. Yang menurut saya sangat positif di sini adalah lokasinya yang langsung di gedung stasiun kereta api, tepat di sebelah Katedral, dengan pusat kota Kolombo dapat diakses dalam waktu kurang dari sepuluh menit dan juga akses langsung ke kereta bawah tanah. Meskipun lokasinya langsung di stasiun kereta api, tepat di sebelah Katedral, dengan pusat kota Kopenhagen dapat diakses dalam waktu kurang dari sepuluh menit dan juga akses langsung ke kereta bawah tanah. Meskipun lokasinya langsung di stasiun kereta api, tepat di sebelah Katedral, dengan pusat kota Kolombo dapat diakses dalam waktu kurang dari sepuluh menit berjalan kaki dan juga akses langsung ke kereta bawah tanah.
