This is not the place for a family holiday. This is a place for groups of youths and people who just need a place to sleep and shower who don't have standards. My husband and I thought about complaining to management about the issues but I knew that would not do anything because I just wanted my money back. This hotel and the playground are the only positive things that make me choose a cheap hotel to stay in. My son needed a kid-friendly hotel. This was one of the few places that had a playground, so I selected it for its location, and the price. The site also offers free parking. It does not say that you must park far from the parking lot across the street. The loading and unloading area is quite small and full during check-in. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the parking lot! I felt deceived by not knowing this beforehand. The receptionist was pleasant but refused to let us check in a little early. When we checked in, we were immediately welcomed by a filthy room full of bugs. The floors appeared to have never been cleaned. The bugs were crawling up the sheets, walls, and floor. We did some research and discovered that these bugs are called spider beetles. They were everywhere in the room! It made us anxious to even sleep in the bed. I would definitely stay here again. In the charming, quaint town of Petersburg, my family and I remained here. Young families will love staying at this hotel. The hotel is tidy and ideal for young families. The hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. Our room was a family room. There were only three of us, but we could sleep up to five. It was tidy and had a separate toilet and shower. The room is uninviting, and we believe it might benefit from having a small refrigerator or teacoffee maker. We never ate at the restaurant, but we had breakfast included with the room rate. It was typical european and enough for us, but the choices were much less varied than some of the other accommodations we have stayed in. The hotel is a top of the town, just a 2-minute drive from the car ferry to constant. There are many restaurants close by, but when we went, not many were open because winter was on pause. Be careful if you visit this time of year. Most visitors return in march.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Very tasty breakfast buffet. Nice and helpful staff in all situations. The room was very clean. The place is very central. Very good information at reception.

St. Petersburg is a charming, picturesque city. Don't go during the holidays, so ensure to check on that if you visit this time of year. Our room was not ready to check in until after 1600. The accommodation was as indicated on the booking website, clean, and somewhat sparse. The beds in my room were not very comfortable. It is centrally located with off-site parking. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and spoke English as well.

When we stayed at this hotel, the manager told us that we could be late for dinner. The staff told us that all the restaurants in the city are closed and we must drive for 5 hours to get there as soon as possible. The room was small but very clean, and there is no mini bar.
