My wife and I stayed for 6 nights as part of a shine and modelled coach trip. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be assigned a bedroom with a sitting area with a table and chairs, settee, and wooden stairs leading to a large bedroom with to, walk-in wardrobe and shower room. Cab is the only English speaking channel in Room 34. The wifi in the rooms is great, so you can watch Netflix on your tablet. There was a hairdryer in the bedroom, but no kettle or tea making devices. We take a travel kettle. The Lindenhof is located by the riverside road, which is only separated from the hotel. The vineyards on the opposite side of the river valley have lovely views. The hotel's food was excellent with a hot and cold buffet. My vegetarian wife was disappointed on the first night since there was nothing she could eat from the hot buffet. I spoke with Chef Tomas and brought my wife a beautiful Spanish omelet. He cooked her a special vegetarian meal each night that he brought to our table. They were delicious and meals she had never had before, my wife said. We are seasoned coach tour travelers, so we had some of the best food and service provided by Toma. At the end of our visit, we thanked him and would say to other vegetarians that we strongly recommend this

The location of this hotel is on the back street. Despite being located in a separate building on the ground floor with a window facing the back street. The room is basic but clean. The breakfast is excellent served in two separate rooms, with a nice buffet. They also have helpful and friendly personnel. This hotel is a great option for a quick stay in this area. There may not be enough parking in the front or in the backyard of the hotel. To provide some international channels, the hotel information in the room is only in Dutch and German and no English.

We spent six nights here as part of a coaching vacation to shine and modelled region. The hotel appears to be larger than it appears and occupies a prime position on the bank of the shine even though I do not believe many rooms have a river view. The rooms themselves appear to vary significantly in size. We had to switch rooms from the original designated room no. 30 because it was far too small for twin occupancy. The replacement was significantly better, but do not expect anything other than dining style chairs. The to had a variety of channels none in English language, and the only really comfortable way to watch was to lie on one bed. A chambermaid service appeared to consist of making the beds with little other visible evidence that the towels were not rearranged etc. That being said, it was kept clean, and we had no complaints. Breakfast and evening meals were buffet style, with the exception of soup being brought to your table in the evening. The food standard was very good with a reasonable choice of main dishes etc and a selection of salad items tomato and cucumber primarily. No pastries or croissants in danish. Water and juices are available, as is tea. We found all staff to be friendly and approachable, and in our own experience, they effectively dealt with any issues arising. This hotel appears to have three dining spaces, but no real lounge. There is a bar area that is fairly small 20 or

This hotel is situated in a picturesque area. The views are breathtaking. The hotel's welcoming employees go above and beyond to make sure visitors are satisfied. Although simple, the rooms are adequate in size. While your room has a to and no tea or coffee making facilities, it does have a tea maker. Sadly, nothing in English is displayed in German programs. Although a lot of the rooms are located in an annex building across the back yard, you are welcome to use the main structure for dining in the dining room and having a drink in the bar. When we went, the bar's music was very loud, and you couldn't have a peaceful, tranquil beverage or conversation because you couldn't hear each other over the loud music. The food was terrible. One night, we were given chicken kebab skewers with chips, frozen mixed vegetables, frozen potato crochet and hash browns, and chocolate mousse as dessert for our evening meal, none of which we liked. The brunch was slightly better. If you don't enjoy frozen kids food, they have a selection of cheeses and bread rolls. In conclusion, the meal was awful. On the plus side, if the cuisine is to your taste, it's presented buffet-style, so you can consume as much as you want.

This hotel is located on the banks of the shine, not far from Koblenz. It is essentially European in terms of design and layout. The rooms are plain but moderately cozy. However, the evening dinners let us down. As a starter, there was only soup available. On the first evening, bread rolls were delivered out, but only when requested and after most people had exhausted the soup. Sliced bread was offered on the second evening. There were two meat options with vegetables or salad for the main course. The vegetables left a lot to be desired. It was challenging to discover what the meats were because the meat wasnt explained in English. Finally, the dessert was a bowl of liquid mousse Angel delight. By contrast, the continental breakfasts were excellent. About 30 people were in the hotel bar. Our coach had 38 people and another coach from a different company who was also staying, as well as other visitors. We were therefore required to sit in the dining room all night. I would not suggest this hotel.
