The hotel boasts a unique design art concept. The staffs efficiency and helpfulness were commendable during checkin and checkout. While the superior room was comfortable and offered sweeping views of the surrounding park, it was unfortunate that during our stay, we were forced to switch rooms due to resembling an unpleasant odor. However, the staff handled this issue efficiently. Despite not having tiniest desk, its overall comfort was maintained.

Overall, this hotel was excellent for my stay in downtown berlin. Being so close to the ubahn makes it simple to get around and is very close by many attractions. The cleanliness of the room was firstrate and the size was ideal. My only complaint would be that the overnight staff did not provide anything to guests, such as a bottle of water.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were helpful. There are lovely public areas and rooms in this hotel. Always a great place to spend time!.

I will most certainly return soon. This hotel is the cleanest ive ever stayed in in germany, to begin with. The staff takes excellent care of their guests. I have never received any kind of support on any matter here. Both the front desk and the cleaning crew are really kind. In this hotel, i feel at ease. Although ill have previously remained in a variety of hotels in Berlin, since merure on witenbergplatz opened, im no longer planning to change my place of stay in this city.

This place is excellent value for the money. The room is quite luxurious. There is also a hot water kettle available. Its location is really handy. Wittenbergplatz is just outside the university 2 station. Next door is the wellknown kadewe. Shopping and dining are quite convenient there.

What a wonderful time i had with this hotel. I was solitary female traveler in october 2023, and despite the excellent service, he felt secure, my room was ideal. The staff assisted me in paying for large bills, as well as the breakfast that was served. My bus tour was conveniently located around the corner, which was an excellent location.

This place is spotless and cozy. Its in a great location for the gay neighborhood. Additionally, there are excellent transportation and shopping options. A little note, but in the uk, we are used to one large quilt. Here, it was divided into two smaller ones, which i personally found uncomfortable. The more you know, its likely that this is primarily based on german culture.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. First time at a mercury. Very impressed. The rooms were luxurious and very clean. Small details like smart tv and daily free water were important for me and this motel delivered. Staff were exceptional in helping me with details about the national transportation strike. Bar and breakfast staff were attentive and friendly. Of course, the location is great. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff are very friendly and understand the needs of the guests. There is a large shopping center downstairs with upscale brands. A supermarket is across the street. It is only 2 minutes from the subway station.

Ive stayed at this wonderful hotel since they opened years ago, and ive always been satisfied. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the staff is courteous, smiling, professional, thank you to everyone! I would like to comment on the cleanliness of the bathroom - it could be better. On some days, there were long hairs on both the floor and in the shower, even though i was bald, or the sink was turning yellow, which ill assume is from the lime in water. Apart from that, aside from this, im going to return to your fantastic hotel soon.

The rooms are cold from the windows during the winter and the floor in both the bathroom and room is cold. The staff does not pay much attention to the guests during their stay. Very good location and nice colors in the room.

The hotel is located on witenbergplatz, so its slightly away from the main attractions but very easy to reach using public transportation. In a way, it is situated between some places like potsdam and the museum island. For those who enjoy shopping, there is plenty to do around the kadewe mall is only ten minutes walk away, and there are many nice shops on the street after that. The interior design is beautiful and modern, based on fashion themes. Great team and services. I was pleasantly surprised not to have checked in at 1300 when the hotel seemed to be quite busy. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for those visiting germany with family.
