Our journey from the airport to Alexanderplatz came direct through a direct link to the hotel. Despite the fact that they did provide bag storage, we tried to make an appointment an hour early, which was a helpful factor. It was simple to checkin. It is unusual that they wanted payment in advance, but there are some unfortunate instances. Room 17007, which was on the 1300 level, was where we lived. It was modest but ideal for a reasonably priced stay at 82. 47 per night. The panorama was incredible. The bed was comfortable. There were numerous Englishlanguage programming options, a modest table and chair, and reasonably priced storage options. Its good to have a free room safe. Despite being adjacent to a busy rail station, the elevators were excellent during our 4 nights there. We ate breakfast once. The menus were excellent, but the breakfast area was rather crowded and at 11.30 each not ideal. The buffet personnel were very busy and one was a little grumpy. However, the variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and continental fare would appeal to most people. Throughout our 4 night visit, the lifts performed flawlessly. Its a great location, close to the museum island and the major citys. The personnel was helpful and polite. A wonderful choice. We discovered a train on the return journey in 25 minutes that brought

This was a pleasant stay for me because we frequently found our room to be noisy. There is a bar outside the hotel, which is largely blocked by a different structure. They play music until 4 in the morning. During the day, they play music normally, but after midnight, they turn it up. Trump, trump, and the base will be heard all night long. If you do not want this, avoid rooms 38 and 40 on floors 3 to 8, I was on floor 6. If you intend to stay in the bar, this will not affect you.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The two bars are ideal for a drink of the night. The location is excellent, in a clean, modern, peaceful atmosphere. They didn't provide breakfast as we planned to be out and about in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a city break and can say that this is the best if not the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is right next to the Su Barn at Alexanderplatz, along with local trams and buses. When I arrived, friendly staff who were polite and helpful. Excellent entrance, spotless rooms and hotels, excellent amenities, staff friendly, and central location. All were finished to high standards and included all the standard amenities, including towels, shower gel, seat, table, comfortable beds, and a fantastic view of Berlin from the floor. Sleepwise the room was very quiet. We spend some time relaxing in the main bar area floor 2. The bar is done in the same style as the hotel's main area and is very comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful with background music. The staff is on hand to assist and courteous. We had breakfast one morning and it was a standard European offering for 13 euros. Again, excellent service. The room and hotel are immaculate and pristine. Nothing more is what you could want.
