Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu! Sarapannya sangat enak. Banyak pilihan roti gulung, potongan dingin, dll. Kopinya enak. Hanya kamar kami yang sangat kecil dan sayangnya keras. The hotel is excellent overall. This hotel has a great location, excellent service, a lovely lobby, nice rooms with all the conveniences, and excellent service. However, as a 1.65 m male, the beds are quite small. The blanket was also quite narrow, and the single bed was quite narrow. Due to this, i had a very poor first night. It would be wonderful if this issue with the twin single bed was addressed.

Check-in dan check-out ramah dan cepat. Bar air kecil gratis dengan permen karet anggur adalah sentuhan yang sangat bagus. Lokasi sangat bagus, Anda dapat mencapai semuanya dengan berjalan kaki. Nice hotel in a great location. If you want to visit dusseldorf for a day or two of shopping and eating, this hotel is great. Minutes away from all the great brands. And the old town is also within walking distance. The reception staff was great, very friendly and helpful! The only downside is the shower, which looked and felt like the early 80s.

Semuanya lusuh, handuk robek total dan berlubang, tidak ada fasilitas di kamar (yang mengejutkan, tapi bunga segar), minibar kosong, tidak ada hadiah atau hadiah selamat datang untuk tamu yang setia. Kami sering menjadi tamu di NH Hotel di Potsdam. Itulah sebabnya kami memilih Dusseldorf Hotel untuk kunjungan kami ke Hari Jepang di Dusseldorf. Meskipun tiba lebih awal pada pukul 11:00, kami diizinkan untuk langsung ke kamar setelah sambutan yang sangat ramah. Untungnya kami mendapat kamar superior di lantai Kamar dilengkapi dengan sangat baik, memiliki kamar mandi yang bagus dan pemandangan alun-alun yang indah di depannya. Saya belum bisa mengatakan apa pun tentang sarapan, kami belum bertemu sampai besok pagi.
