The room was pleasant and cozy. However, there was no complimentary water to drink service at the reception, which was courteous and everything went smoothly. There was a problem with checkin or checkout. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. I was quite happy.

Lokasinya bagus, di pinggir kota. Ada juga garasi parkir pribadi. Kamarnya sempurna. Saya hanya berpikir sarapan terlalu mahal. 24 EUR per orang benar-benar tidak masuk akal untuk beberapa sandwich buah dan telur rebus. Harga ini benar-benar tidak dapat diterima.

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Saya menginap di sana selama seminggu untuk seminar dan saya sangat puas. Ruangan itu fungsional, bersih dan nyaman. Makanannya enak. Staf penuh perhatian dan sangat ramah. Situasinya adalah bom. 10 Menit dari Katedral. Saya hanya dapat merekomendasikan Novotel.

There is a paid parking lot near the train station, and the transit is convenient. In fact, there is free parking on the side road. The front desk staff was very attentive and prepared a room with a view of the river. The sound insulation is also good.

Highly recommended for families with children. Large enough room for a family. There are also toys available for children to play around the clock at the reception! My son loves it. There is no room service at the hotel, but there is a restaurant and bar. My room has a great view. If you dont want breakfast at the hotel, there are many cafes nearby and good too.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus, sedikit di luar pusat kota tetapi tidak jauh dari pelabuhan pasar Natal. Kedap suara dari jalan yang sibuk. Staf yang menyenangkan. Poin kecil yang sangat menyenangkan adalah sebuah sudut yang didedikasikan untuk anak-anak yang memungkinkan mereka menunggu saat Anda berada di resepsi. Kekurangan: kamar terlalu panas meskipun pada pertengahan Desember dan pemanasnya mati. Dan harga parkir: agak mahal. Jika tidak, pengalaman menginap yang baik dan kamar yang sangat bersih.

The location was excellent, the cleanliness was good, and the hotel is modern. It was the first room we had on our trip to Europe where we (2 parents with an adult child) had enough space in one room to finally relax a little and didnt have to overpay. The hotel was conveniently located just at the beginning of saturday area, making it able to visit sights easily. Our only complaint was that the inhouse restaurant had limited seating and turned us away well before closing because they had prepared for ten people. To make matters worse, there is very little variety of food in the nearby area (this is not the hotels fault, its just observing limits.

The room was very clean and nice. The heat didnt work, it was quite cold in the room. A system to suction the steam from the bathroom would be great. The staff were great with us and we got a refund after we were charged 30 euros for no reason and tried to look into the heating problem. I like the idea of reducing waste, but the cleaning staff did not check our soap dispenser and we didnt have hand soap for 3 out of 4 days of our stay.

Sangat puas, kami merasa sangat terawat! Kamar, sarapan, dan resepsionis semuanya luar biasa! Hanya lift yang sedikit bermasalah dengan tombolnya. Dan pergi dari lobi ke tempat parkir dengan lift adalah sedikit taruhan karena Anda harus menuju kabin yang tepat tetapi tidak dapat memilih arah perjalanan. Tapi itu adalah masalah kemewahan. Kami benar-benar menikmati masa tinggal kami!

Kamar hotelnya agak kecil untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak-anak, tapi kami hanya di sini selama 2 malam jadi tidak apa-apa. Pembersihan kamar sangat bagus, anak-anak meninggalkan mainan mereka di tempat tidur karena kami bahkan tidak berpikir untuk membersihkannya (jika tidak, kami selalu membatalkannya). Kami dan anak-anak sangat senang, dia merapikan tempat tidur, meletakkan boneka, bahkan merapikan mainan dan menatanya dengan rapi. Itulah yang saya sebut sangat ramah anak dan sangat manis padanya. Sarapannya cukup oke, staf tidak datang setelah (Sabtu) untuk membersihkan meja, itu karena mereka lebih suka duduk di sudut mengobrol, yang sangat terlihat oleh layanan maaf. Sabtu malam kami datang ke hotel sangat larut dan meminta sesuatu untuk dimakan. Liferando merujuk, kami memiliki piring terlambat di hotel kami untuk tamu seperti itu dengan roti gulung, sosis, dan keju di atasnya. Mungkin ini idenya Pada Sabtu malam kami makan malam di restoran dan rasanya enak, menunya sangat kecil. Kami kesulitan menemukan sesuatu karena sebagian besar adalah vegan dan kami hanya ingin makan sesuatu yang normal. Tapi tidak apa-apa, yang ada di sana terasa enak dan disiapkan dengan sangat baik.
