Kami merasa sangat nyaman. Tipe kamar Imperial Suite di lantai 15 dengan pemandangan terbaik di Berlin! Fasilitas kamar mewah, luas dan bersih (tempat tidur besar, kamar mandi luas dengan sedikit penerangan, dapur kecil, ruang penyimpanan, ruang tamu dengan dua TV dan AC). Sarapan kaya dan berkualitas tinggi, tetapi dengan harga EUR 30 per orang, itu tidak terlalu murah. Kekurangannya adalah kurangnya tempat parkir di lokasi. Staf selalu ramah dan membantu.

Kamarnya didekorasi dengan sangat indah dan juga besar. Namun, kondisinya sangat berdebu. Tidak cocok untuk orang yang alergi debu rumahan. Anda bangun keesokan pagi dengan hidung tertutup rapat dan mata bengkak. Saya merasa mereka hanya membersihkan debu dan tidak menyemprotkannya, terutama karpet. Bisa dibersihkan secara menyeluruh. Jika tidak, pelayanannya cukup baik. Stafnya juga bagus.

My spouse and i recently had a wonderful threenight stay at the Tale Potsdamer Platz, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by its cleanliness, tasteful decor, and staff warmth. The room was not only spacious, but it was also exceptionally wellmaintained. The attention to detail in the rooms design reflected the overall aesthetic of the hotel, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was also very nice! Throughout our stay, the housekeeping staff consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable environment. What truly set tale potsdamer Platz apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the dining area, every team member exhibited kindness, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were invaluable, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The breakfast was impressive in terms of quality and variety, although it was a bit on the higher side. Hotel breakfasts can be hit or miss, but this one is a hit. The location of the hotel, within walking distance of some key attractions and sites, and its transportation, made exploring the city easy. One thing that left a lasting impression on us was the thoughtful gesture of the staff with our travel comforters. Returning to our room to find our beloved companions neatly tucked away in the freshly made beds was a delightful surprise. Furthermore, the exceptional customer service didnt end there. We accidentally left them behind when checking out, and Mikhaels quick and efficient assistance in ensuring their safe return to our home address was truly commendable. In conclusion, our stay at the tale potsdamer Platz was nothing short of exceptional. While the hotel exudes modesty, the impeccable service, attention to detail, and the genuine care the staff showed, it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever experienced. We wholeheartedly recommend Tale Potsdamer Platz to couples or families looking to explore the city.

Lokasinya deket kemana-mana dan deket ke pusat kota pula. Udah gitu, rasa breakfastnya lezat banget berikut macam-macam hidangan panasnya. Abis itu, pelayanannya baik banget, terutama pas ada masalah dikamar kita yang diselesein pake solusi diskon yang akomodatif. Terus, kesopanan dan keramahan dari pegawainya patut diacungin jempol. Seudah itu, disini juga ada banyak aktivitas yang deket ke tengah kota.

Saya di sini untuk pertama kalinya dalam perjalanan bisnis. Tempatnya sangat bagus. Hanya sepelemparan batu dari Potsdamer Platz. Ada halte bus tepat di depan pintu. Anda juga dapat dengan mudah parkir di jalan paralel. Penerimaan sangat ramah dan tidak rumit. Kamarnya sangat luas dan dilengkapi dengan perabotan yang sangat penuh kasih sayang. TV dan perangkat elektronik terkini. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Kamar mandi dan toilet baik-baik saja (walaupun ubinnya rusak ringan). Sarapan prasmanan adalah bintang 1. Layanan hebat, koki yang sangat baik, kopi enak dan makanan berkualitas tinggi. Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini.

The location is good, not far from the train station, trams and subways at the door. The room is not big and the pillows are not very comfortable. Breakfast is rich and the smoked salmon is delicious.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dengan gaya tahun 20- an. Kamar luas dengan pemandangan yang bagus. Sarapan enak dalam suasana yang menyenangkan dan staf yang ramah. Satu-satunya hal yang aneh adalah tempat tidur dengan "air gratis" dan kemudian hanya memiliki 2 gelas, tanpa air, dan teh celup di dapur, tetapi tidak ada ketel. Jika tidak, tidak ada keluhan yang perlu diajukan di sini.

Wonderful rooms with a little kitchen and plenty of space. Beautifully designed bathroom and separate bedroom. The staff was always very helpful and nice with clear directions during our stay at the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is close to the wall and a shopping mall. Excellent peaceful location. Close to trains, buses, and the metro! The food at this new hotel is very tasty! Sri and Michael, the kitchen team members, and Sergey and Elena, both really helped me. The nighttime cocktail was affordable. spacious apartment with a lovely design. Beautiful bed. I got cake in my room to welcome me. And a unique card. The comfortable bed.

I knew my stay would be remarkable the moment i walked into the lobby. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere that combines comfort with luxury. Throughout my entire stay, the staff was outstanding, providing friendly and professional service. They paid close attention to every detail, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The room was a highlight, it was roomy, spotlessly clean, and wellappointed with contemporary conveniences. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful nights sleep. Michael, the receptionist, is also a very kind and accommodating individual, he upgraded our room and provided us with complimentary sparkling water. What a legend!.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is varied both sweet and savoury. Delicious eggs and pancakes cooked by the chef, who speaks several languages. A hand shower and a large head on the ceiling. Plenty of space. The staff is and remains charming in all circumstances. Very well located! Public transportation is close by and allows you to easily and quickly reach all points of interest. The deposit refund of 25 euros per room per day is very fast.

Excellent value for the money. Excellent hotel in the center of central german, ideal for a business or leisure trip. Lovely rooms with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and something for everyone.

Three american couples stayed three nights. We were in room 208. Corner room facing the courtyard and windows that opened. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Large bathroom and shower. There is no dinner restaurant onsite. They offer a breakfast buffet for 30 euros. There arent many options nearby, so we ate here every morning. The food was good, but we thought it was overpriced. We did enjoy having a cocktail in the evening and sitting in the courtyard. Cocktails were very expensive and short pours. Again, it is a convenience. We enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

Hotel bergaya kontinental yang bagus dan berlokasi strategis. Kami memesan melalui pemesanan dan disambut dengan hangat dan bahkan mendapatkan "upgrade" ke studio. Kamarnya agak kecil tapi dihias dengan sangat baik. Kami bahkan memiliki mesin Nespresso di kamar. Keran (air panas atau dingin terpisah) agak aneh. Namun selain itu dilengkapi dengan perabotan yang sangat penuh kasih sayang. Sarapannya juga di atas rata-rata.
