Pentahotels has a strict no smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. If you choose to smoke in these rooms, you will be subject to incur a fine of up to 250 EUR For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels. Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include: • Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian. • Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s). Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay.
Tourist tax from 1 September 2023:
Children 6-14 years - Reduced tourist tax EUR 1.45 per night
Persons over 15 years - tourist tax EUR 3.70 per night
Business travelers are exempt from the tourist tax.
If you are staying in Pentahotels in Europe, please be advised that additional federal, state, city or other government taxes or fees may apply. In the case of a change of VAT rates and/or city tax (if applicable) the hotel reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly.
Pentahotel Rostock is currently undergoing some renovation works. That means at times there may be some noise during the daytime. Rest assured, no works will take place in the evening and at night.
