Friendly staff, clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. I have never stayed at this chain before but would definitely go back. The location could not have been any better. Walkable from the train station and to old town easily.

The room was great and the location was fabulous for visiting Frankfurt. The train station area is busy and a little sketchy, but perfectly safe day and night in my opinion. This is a perfect spot to stay for a visit to Frankfurt! Breakfast was too costly for us, as we don't eat much in the morning!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is very well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. While the hotel is located 5-6 min walking distance to train station, that also means a lot of homeless and sketchy people around and outside the room. Once inside the hotel it feels very safe.
