The service provided was excellent! Samuel, who served us in the bar every evening, was a really kind and pleasant man. He always welcomed us with swagger. The hotel is conveniently situated and spacious. Although the rooms were quite small, they were enough for two people. We only anticipated the breakfast to be tastier, but there are plenty of alternatives in this area.

The bathroom and toilet are small, but the service is excellent, clear and fast. We would especially like to thank him and rojen for going above and beyond to assist us by even getting us food that wasnt available at the time. If it were up to me, give them a raise. Fantastic, great room online. The only drawback is the lack of privacy in the bathroom or toilet.

The rooms are welldecorated, with a large bathroom and windows. The location is centrally located. There is no cash only cc and an odd automatic checkin system. Is this the new style? The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff and guests are all perdu the familiar german you. Wild, wild, etc.

A chic hotel next door to the mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, communicating easily in english. Midweek, the bar is very quiet, drinks are good and reasonably priced. Cleanliness and functional rooms. I would happily stay again.

I highly recommend this lovely boutiquestyle hotel for business or pleasure. Wow, amazing find. Coco channel influences everywhere from the moment you arrive. The staff are great, attentive and always customer focused.

This hotel has a strategic location that is close to the mall. But its not advisable to bring bags because you dont want to show up with stuffed bags. There is no valet service here. The bar is the main attraction, as is also the funky and new trendcheckin or reception area. I must say that the staff at the bar and reception, including rojen, decenna, and nina were fantastic. They made our stay wonderful.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus, dekat dengan semuanya! Kamarnya rapi dan bersih, tetapi hanya memiliki sedikit ruang untuk pakaian atau menyimpan koper. Staf selalu ramah dan selalu membantu Anda dengan senyuman di wajah mereka. Saya menginap selama 2 malam.

I heartily suggest this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent. Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to luca and rojen. There is a delicious and varied breakfast at the hotel. Although the room is cozy and spotless, i believe the lack of sanitizer is an issue.

What a wonderful and welcoming location. I had utterly adored my stay at your hotel, from the setting to the grounds (you truly feel at home and not in sanitized hotels). The staff is simply amazing they exude incredibly positive energy and i genuinely love it. Many thanks to heidi, silas, and the rest of the team for making my time in dusseldorf an unforgettable experience.
